Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Program Asesmen Nasional di SMPN 1 Tambun Selatan dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Hasil penelitian ini pertama, Evaluasi konteks menilai kesesuaian program dengan kebijakan Kementerian Pendidikan serta dukungan dari pihak sekolah, siswa, dan orang tua. Evaluasi input mencakup kesiapan sumber daya seperti proktor ahli, infrastruktur, anggaran, dan kebijakan sekolah, meskipun ada beberapa kekurangan teknis yang perlu diatasi. Evaluasi proses menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program berjalan sesuai prosedur, meskipun terdapat hambatan teknis seperti kendala jaringan internet dan keterbatasan perangkat keras yang memerlukan perhatian. Evaluasi produk menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam prestasi siswa, mencerminkan dampak positif program terhadap pencapaian akademik siswa dan diterima dengan baik oleh semua pihak. Kesimpulannya, Program Asesmen Nasional di SMPN 1 Tambun Selatan telah berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan dampak positif bagi kualitas pendidikan. Rekomendasi untuk perbaikan meliputi pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, peningkatan fasilitas sekolah, dan sosialisasi yang lebih intensif kepada semua pemangku kepentingan. ***** This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the National Assessment Program at SMPN 1 Tambun Selatan using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. This research uses an evaluative method with a qualitative approach using the CIPP evaluation model. The results of this research are first, the context evaluation assesses the suitability of the program with Ministry of Education policies and support from the school, students and parents. Input evaluation includes the readiness of resources such as expert proctors, infrastructure, budget, and school policies, although there are some technical deficiencies that need to be addressed. Process evaluation shows that program implementation is proceeding according to procedures, although there are technical obstacles such as internet network problems and hardware limitations that require attention. Product evaluations showed significant improvements in student achievement, reflecting the program's positive impact on student academic achievement and were well received by all parties. In conclusion, the National Assessment Program at SMPN 1 Tambun Selatan has been running well and has had a positive impact on the quality of education. Recommendations for improvement include ongoing training for teachers, improving school facilities, and more intensive outreach to all stakeholders.
