Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendeskripsikan Proses Pembinaan kemandirian anak asuh di Panti Asuhan Chairun Nissa, serta untuk Mengetahui Apa Saja yang Menjadi Faktor Penghambat Dalam Proses Pembinaan Kemandirian Anak Asuhan Chairun Nissa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Panti Asuhan Chairun Nissa di JL. Pisangan Baru Timur, No.12, Jatinegara, RT.6/RW.15, Pisangan Baru, Kec.Matraman, Kota Jakarta Timur, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 13110. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala panti, pengasuh panti, dan anak asuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Proses Pembinaan pengasuh dalam membentuk kemandirian anak asuh di Panti Asuhan Chairun Nissa menerapkan beberapa langkah seperti keteladanan, memberikan perhatian dan cinta kasih,memberikan Pelajaran baik (nasihat), memberikan reward dan punishment. Pembinaan terdiri dari beberapa bentuk seperti pembinaan jasmani, pembinaan budaya, pembinaan agama, dan pembinaan intelektual. Pengasuh Panti Asuhan Chairun Nissa memiliki peran dalam membentuk kemandirian anak asuh pada 3 aspek yaitu Kemandirian emosional (emotional autonomy),Kemandirian bertingkah laku (Behavioral Autonomy), dan Kemandirian nilai (Value Autonomy).Faktor yang menghambat dalam proses pembinaan kemandirian anak asuh terdiri dari faktor sarana dan prasarana, Sumber daya manusia, dan perilaku sosial anak asuh. Kata Kunci : Pembinaan, Kemandirian, Anak Asuh, Panti Asuhan ***** This research aims to describe the process of fostering independence for foster children at the Chairun Nissa Orphanage, and to find out what are the inhibiting factors in the process of fostering independence for Chairun Nissa foster children. This research was conducted at the Chairun Nissa Orphanage on JL. Pisangan Baru Timur,No.12,Jatinegara, RT.6/RW.15, Pisangan Baru, Kec.Matraman, East Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 13110. The research method used was descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The subjects in this research were the head of the orphanage, the orphanage caretaker, and the foster children. The results of this research show that the caregiver development process in forming the independence of foster children at the Chairun Nissa Orphanage applies several steps such as modeling, providing attention and love, providing good lessons (advice), providing rewards and punishment. Coaching consists of several forms such as physical training, cultural training, religious training, and intellectual training. Chairun Nissa Orphanage Caretakers have a role in forming the independence of foster children in 3 aspects, namely emotional independence (emotional autonomy), behavior independence (Behavioural Autonomy), and value independence (Value Autonomy). Factors that hinder the process of independence training for foster children consist of facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and the social behavior of foster children.
