Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi aksesibilitas penumpang kereta api Siliwangi (Sukabumi – Cianjur PP) di Stasiun Lampegan Cianjur Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai dengai November tahun 2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penumpang kereta api Siliwangi dalam 1 kali perjalanan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 52 orang penumpang kereta api Siliwangi yang naik dari Stasiun Lampegan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner semi terbuka dengan jumlah 19 butir pertanyaan. Penyajian data dalam bentuk tabel dan persentase. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tabulasi silang/ crosstabulation, analisis scoring dan mean/ rata - rata terhadap 4 indikator utama aksesibilitas : 1). jarak tempuh 2). waktu tempuh 3). ongkos/ biaya perjalanan dan 4). moda transportasi yang digunakan. Penelitian ini meliputi : 1). karakteristik responden dan 2). karakteristik aksesibilitas responden. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat aksesibilitas penumpang KA Siliwangi menuju Stasiun Lampegan adalah tinggi (Kelas II). Sebagian besar responden berasal dari Kecamatan Cibeber sebesar 58 %. Sebagian besar jenjang pendidikan terakhir/ saat ini responden adalah SMA/ MA/ Sederajat sebesar 48 %. Umumnya responden berstatus pelajar/ mahasiswa sebesar 31 %. Sebagian besar responden belum/ tidak berpenghasilan sebesar 44 % dengan status sebagai anak dan kepala keluarga masing – masing sebesar 38 %. Mayoritas asal responden adalah dari rumah sebesar 77 % dengan maksud/ tujuan perjalanan adalah bekerja sebesar 31 %. Sebagian besar kota tujuan responden adalah kota Sukabumi sebesar 31 %. Kemudian sebagian besar responden menempuh jarak > 5 Km menuju stasiun Lampegan sebesar 37 %, dengan waktu tempuh perjalanan selama > 20 Menit sebesar 33 % dan tidak mengeluarkan biaya untuk ongkos perjalanan menuju stasiun sebesar 42 %. Untuk menuju Stasiun Lampegan, sebagian besar responden menggunakan moda transportasi kendaraan pribadi (mobil/ motor) sebesar 46 %. Intensitas perjalanan responden menggunakan KA Siliwangi adalah < 3 kali (dalam 1 minggu) sebesar 77 %. This study aims to determine the accessibility conditions of Siliwangi (Sukabumi - Cianjur PP) train passengers at Lampegan Cianjur Station, West Java. The research was conducted in October to November 2018. The population in this study were all Siliwangi train passengers in one trip with a sample of 52 Siliwangi train passengers who boarded from Lampegan Station. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data collection technique used a semi-open questionnaire with 19 questions. Presentation of data in tabular and percentage form. Data analysis techniques used cross tabulation / crosstabulation, scoring analysis and the mean / average of 4 main indicators of accessibility: 1). mileage 2). travel time 3). travel costs / costs and 4). the mode of transportation used. This research includes: 1). respondent characteristics and 2). accessibility characteristics of respondents. The results of the study concluded that the level of accessibility of Siliwangi train passengers to Lampegan Station was high (Class II). Most respondents came from the District of Cibeber by 58%. Most of the last education levels / at this time respondents were high school / MA / equivalent by 48%. Generally the respondents are students / students by 31%. Most respondents have not / do not earn 44% with status as children and family heads respectively - 38%. The majority of respondents originated from home by 77% with the intention / purpose of the trip was to work by 31%. Most of the respondent's destination cities were Sukabumi by 31%. Then most of the respondents traveled > 5 Km to Lampegan station by 37%, with travel time for > 20 Minutes by 33% and did not incur costs for travel to the station by 42%. To get to Lampegan Station, the majority of respondents use the mode of transportation of private vehicles (cars / motorbikes) by 46%. The intensity of the respondent's trip using the Siliwangi Railway was < 3 times (within 1 week) of 77%.
