Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of teacher example and school habituation programs on students' self-leadership character in the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with survey techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis is a statistical model of path analysis. The population and respondents in this research were 119 Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) teachers who are members of the Indonesian Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) located in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is path analysis. The research results show that 1) there is an influence of teacher example on the self-leadership character of students in the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) Duren Sawit, East Jakarta with a path coefficient value of 0.310 and a t-count value of 7.254. 2) there is an influence of the school habituation program on the self-leadership character of students in the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, with a path coefficient value of 0.690 and a t-count value of 16.135. 3) there is an influence of teacher example on the school habituation program in the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, with a path coefficient value of 0.372 and a t-calculated value of 8.318. Because the three coefficient values of count are greater than the value of table, namely 1.980 (α=0,05); Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, namely that teacher example has a direct positive effect on students' self-leadership character, school habituation has a direct positive effect on students' self-leadership character, and teacher example has a direct positive effect on school habituation programs.
