Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru PAUD pelaksana program sekolah penggerak angkatan 1 di wilayah Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai variabel X dan kreativitas mengajar guru sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan 333 guru PAUD pelaksana program sekolah penggerak angkatan 1 di wilayah Jawa Tengah. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 182 guru PAUD pelaksana program sekolah penggerak yang diperoleh menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Ῠ= 90.766 + 0,504X dan perolehan keofisien determinasi sebesar 0,187 atau 18,7 %. Dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t didapatkan Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 6,435 > 1,973 dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dinyatakan variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru PAUD pelaksana program sekolah penggerak angkatan 1. ***** This research aims to determine how high the level of influence of school principal leadership has on the teaching creativity of PAUD teachers implementing the first generation driving school program in the Central Java region. This research consists of two variables, namely the principal's leadership as variable X and teacher teaching creativity as variable Y. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study was 333 PAUD teachers implementing the first generation driving school program in the Central Java region. Sampling used the Proportional Random Sampling technique with a total sample of 182 PAUD teachers implementing the driving school program obtained using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques use questionnaires with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing was carried out using simple linear regression analysis which produced a regression equation Ῠ= 90,766 + 0.504X and a determination coefficient of 0.187 or 18.7%. From the results of the hypothesis test using the t test, it was found that Fcount > Ftable was 6.435 > 1.973 and the result was a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that it was stated that the principal's leadership variable had a positive and significant influence on the teaching creativity of PAUD teachers implementing the first generation driving school program.
