Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kelekatan anak laki-laki usia remaja dengan ayah terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Lingua Prima. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 71 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data berlangsung sejak bulan Januari-Mei 2024. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengukur kelekatan anak laki-laki usia remaja dengan ayah adalah Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) dan untuk mengukur perkembangan sosial emosional karakter adalah The Social- Emotional and Character Development Scale (SECDS). Data yang diolah sudah memenuhi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil uji signifikan diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 15,817 > Ftabel = 3,98, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kelekatan anak laki-laki usia remaja dengan ayah terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional. Selanjutnya, hasil nilai koefisien determinasi di peroleh nilai R Square 0,186, artinya bahwa 18,6% variasi perkembangan sosial emosional karakter dapat disebabkan oleh kelekatan anak laki-laki usia remaja dengan ayah dan selebihnya 81,4% disebabkan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kelekatan anak laki-laki usia remaja dengan ayah penting dalam perkembangan sosial emosional. Karena peran ayah pada fase remaja dapat membantu meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan interaksi sosial yang baik. The research was conducted at SMK Lingua Prima. This research uses associative quantitative methods. This study involved 71 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection took place from January to May 2024. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire. The instrument used to measure the attachment of adolescent boys with fathers is the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) and to measure the socialemotional development of character is The Social- Emotional and Character Development Scale (SECDS). The processed data has met the validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression test which is used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the significant test obtained the value of Fcount = 15.817> Ftable = 3.98, meaning that there is a significant influence between adolescent boys' attachment to their father on the development of social-emotional. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination obtained an R Square value of 0.186, meaning that 18.6% of the variation in the socio-emotional development can be caused by the attachment of adolescent boys with fathers and the remaining 81.4% is caused by other factors not studied. Adolescent boys' attachment to their fathers is important in their social-emotional development. Because the role of the father in the adolescent phase can help increase self-confidence and good social interaction. Keywords:attachment, social-emotional development, adolescence
