Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan swasta yang bekerja di perusahaan/instansi di Indonesia. Responden yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 104 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah adaptasi dari alat ukur Organizational Citizenship Behavior-Checklist (OCB-C) yang berjumlah 20 item, Organizational Climate Questionnaire (OCQ) yang berjumlah 24 item dan Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) yang berjumlah 36 item. Hasil penelitian menggunakan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,646 yang berarti sig > 0,05 sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh iklim organisasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan swasta yang bekerja di perusahaan/instansi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini membawa implikasi bagi para pemimpin perusahaan, manajer, dan pembuat kebijakan agar bisa berupaya meningkatkan iklim organisasi, dukungan organisasi dan organizational citizenship behavior pada perusahaan dan karyawan mereka. Kata Kunci: organizational citizenship behavior, iklim organisasi, persepsi dukungan organisasi. ***** ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine an effect of organizational climate and perceptions of organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in private employees who work in companies / agencies in Indonesia. Respondents obtained in this study totaled 104 respondents. The measuring instrument used in data collection is an adaptation of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior-Checklist (OCB-C) measuring instrument which has 20 items, the Organizational Climate Questionnaire (OCQ) which has 24 items and the Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) which has 36 items. The results of research using multiple linear regression show a significance value of 0.646 which means sig> 0.05 so that it can be concluded that there is no effect of organizational climate and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in private employees working in companies / agencies in Indonesia. This research has implications for company leaders, managers, and policy makers to improve organizational climate, organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior in their companies and employees.
