Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis flipbook digital yang berfokus pada materi mocktail untuk mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D, yang meliputi tahapan Define (pendefinisian), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan), dan Disseminate (penyebaran). Pada tahap Define, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dan studi literatur untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan mahasiswa. Tahap Design melibatkan pembuatan perangkat perencanaan media seperti GBIM, Jabaran Materi, dan storyboard yang divalidasi oleh ahli. Pada tahap Develop, materi dikompilasi dan diintegrasikan ke dalam flipbook digital menggunakan aplikasi Canva dan Heyzine, lengkap dengan teks, gambar, video, dan tautan interaktif. Validasi oleh ahli materi, bahasa, dan media menunjukkan bahwa flipbook ini sangat layak digunakan. Tahap Disseminate melibatkan pengujian kepada mahasiswa melalui uji coba one-to-one, small group, dan field test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa flipbook digital materi mocktail telah divalidasi ahli dengan hasil nilai 95% dari ahli materi, nilai 87,5% dari ahli bahasa, dan nilai 95% dari ahli media. Kemudian mendapatkan hasil kelayakan kategori sangat layak dari mahasiswa dengan skor validasi 95% pada uji one-to-one, 90% pada uji small group, dan 94% pada field test. Respon mahasiswa menunjukkan tingkat kebermanfaatan dan ketertarikan yang sangat tinggi terhadap media ini. Oleh karena itu, flipbook digital materi mocktail ini sangat layak digunakan digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. ***** This research aims to develop and test the feasibility of digital flipbook-based learning media that focuses on mocktail material for students of the Culinary Education Study Program. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D development model, which includes the Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate stages. At the Define stage, a needs analysis is carried out through interviews and literature studies to identify student problems and needs. The Design stage involves creating media planning tools such as GBIM, Material Description, and storyboards that are validated by experts. In the Develop stage, material is compiled and integrated into a digital flipbook using the Canva and Heyzine applications, complete with text, images, videos and interactive links. Validation by material, language and media experts shows that this flipbook is very suitable for use. The Disseminate stage involves testing students through one-to-one trials, small groups, and field tests. The research results show that the digital flipbook mocktail material has been validated by experts with a score of 95% from material experts, a score of 87.5% from language experts, and a score of 95% from media experts. Then the students got very suitable category eligibility results with a validation score of 95% on the one-to-one test, 90% on the small group test, and 94% on the field test. Student responses show a very high level of usefulness and interest in this media. In conclusion, this digital flipbook with mocktail material is very suitable for use in the learning process.
