Abstract

Rintisan usaha jasa kecantikan "Beaute by Mellenia" berfokus pada layanan eyelash extension, yang semakin diminati seiring meningkatnya kesadaran akan penampilan di kalangan wanita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan usaha ini dengan mengidentifikasi peluang pasar, menentukan spesifikasi produk, serta mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Analisis dilakukan terhadap aspek pasar, metode pemasaran, manajemen usaha, dan aspek finansial untuk memastikan bisnis ini mampu bersaing di pasar kecantikan yang kompetitif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Beaute by Mellenia memiliki nilai sekarang bersih (NPV) yang positif, menandakan bahwa investasi ini menguntungkan dan layak diterima. Periode pengembalian modal (Payback Period) diperkirakan sekitar 10 bulan, menunjukkan bahwa investasi awal dapat kembali dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Selain itu, titik impas (Break Even Point) dicapai pada pendapatan sebesar Rp 1.076.923 per bulan. Penelitian ini juga menggarisbawahi pentingnya strategi pemasaran yang efektif melalui media sosial, promosi, dan branding untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya tarik usaha. Pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan secara rutin serta feedback dan evaluasi dari pelanggan adalah aspek krusial dalam menjaga kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan manajemen keuangan yang baik, Beaute by Mellenia diharapkan dapat tumbuh dan memberikan keuntungan yang signifikan di industri kecantikan. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of this business by identifying market opportunities, determining product specifications, and developing effective marketing strategies. The analysis covers market aspects, marketing methods, business management, and financial aspects to ensure that this business can compete in the competitive beauty market. The results show that Beaute by Mellenia has a positive Net Present Value (NPV), indicating that this investment is profitable and viable. The Payback Period is estimated to be around 10 months, suggesting that the initial investment can be recovered in a relatively short time. Additionally, the Break Even Point (BEP) is achieved at a revenue of IDR 1,076,923 per month. This study also highlights the importance of effective marketing strategies through social media, promotions, and branding to enhance the business's visibility and attractiveness. Regular employee training and development, as well as customer feedback and evaluation, are crucial aspects of maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction. With sound financial management, Beaute by Mellenia is expected to grow and provide significant profits in the beauty industry.
