Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai intervening pada PT. Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia. Sampel berjumlah 193 responden yang diambil menggunakan Slovin dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Penelitian diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja Berpengaruh positif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan sebagai variabel intervening, Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan sebagai variabel intervening. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening at PT. Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia. A sample of 193 respondents were taken using Slovin and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Research is known that leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, Job Satisfaction has a Positive Effect on Employee Performance. Leadership has a positive effect on employee performance with employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
