Abstract

Arah yang dituju penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara pemahaman materi hak dan kewajiban dengan sikap tanggung jawab peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Jagakarsa untuk tahun ajaran 2023–2024, metode kuantitatif korelasional rancangan expost facto digunakan dalam penelitian ini di SDN Tanjung Barat 07, SDN Ciganjur 01, SDN Srengseng Sawah 17, dan SDN Ciganjur 04 dan dilakukan dari bulan Januari hingga Juni 2024. Dengan hasil uji perhitungan koefisien korelasi diperoleh sebesar 0,514, penelitian ini berhasil mengevaluasi hipotesis adanya hubungan antara pemahaman materi hak dan kewajiban belajar pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Karena koefisien korelasi yang telah diuji bernilai positif, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa pemahaman materi hak dan kewajiban dengan sikap tanggung jawab peserta didik berkorelasi positif. Koefisien determinasi (r2 ) memiliki hasil uji perhitungan sebesar 26.41% untuk sisanya yaitu sebesar 73,59% disebabkan oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pemahaman materi hak dan kewajiban dengan sikap tanggung jawab peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan jagakarsa sebesar 0,514 (sedang) hal ini dapat diartikan apabila pemahaman materi hak dan kewajiban tinggi maka sikap tanggung jawab akan tinggi dan sebaliknya jika pemahaman materi hak dan kewajiban rendah maka sikap tanggung jawab akan rendah. Kata Kunci: Sikap, Tanggung Jawab, Pemahaman ***** The direction of this study was carried out to find out there is a relationship between the understanding of rights and duties material with the attitude of responsibility of fourth-grade students in elementary schools in Jagakarsa District for the academic year 2023–2024. A quantitative correlational method with an ex post facto design was utilized in this research at SDN Tanjung Barat 07, SDN Ciganjur 01, SDN Srengseng Sawah 17, and SDN Ciganjur 04 from January to June 2024. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0.514, supporting the hypothesis that there is a relationship understanding of rights and duties material and student’s sense of responsibility at a significance level of α = 0.05. Due to the positive correlation coefficient, it can be concluded that the understanding of rights and duties material is positively correlated with the students' sense of responsibility. The coefficient of determination (r2 ) has the results of the test of 26.41%, indicating that the remaining 73.59% is explained by other unexamined variables. The results of the study’s findings concluded that there was a statistically significant and positive correlation between the material understanding of rights and obligations and the attitude of responsibility of grade IV students of public elementary schools in Jagakarsa District. The correlation coefficient of 0.514 suggests a moderate relationship, this can be implies if the understanding of the material of rights and obligations is high, the attitude of responsibility will be high, and conversely, if the understanding of the material of rights and obligations is low, the attitude of responsibility will be low.
