Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh langsung kreativitas terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha, (2) Mengetahui pengaruh langsung kreativitas terhadap efikasi diri, (3) Mengetahui pengaruh langsung kemampuan pemecahan masalah terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha, (4) Mengetahui pengaruh langsung kemampuan pemecahan masalah terhadap efikasi diri (5) Mengetahui pengaruh langsung efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha (6) Mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung kreativitas terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha melalui efikasi diri. (7) Mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung kemampuan pemecahan masalah terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha melalui efikasi diri. Responden penelitian adalah peserta didik SMK sebanyak 221 responden pada kelas XI. Analisis data menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan : (1) Kreativitas memiliki pengaruh negatif sebesar 47,4% dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Dikarenakan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05; (2) Kreativitas memiliki pengaruh negatif sebesar 36,2% dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri. Dikarenakan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05; (3) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah memiliki pengaruh pengaruh negatif sebesar 33,7% dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Dikarenakan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05; (4) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 12% dan tidak signifikan terhadap efikasi diri. Dikarenakan nilai signifikansi 0.05 ≤ 0.05; (5) Efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 62,4% dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Dikarenakan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05; (6) Kreativitas memiliki pengaruh negatif sebesar -22,5% dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha melalui efikasi diri. Dikarenakan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05; (7) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah tidak memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 7,4% dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha melalui efikasi diri. Dikarenakan nilai signifikansi 0.46 > 0.05. ***** This study aims to: (1) To know the direct effect of creativity on entrepreneurial readiness, (2) To know the direct effect of creativity on self-efficacy, (3) To know the direct effect of problem solving ability on entrepreneurial readiness, (4) To know the direct effect of problem solving ability on self-efficacy (5) To know the direct effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial readiness (6) To know the indirect effect of creativity on entrepreneurial readiness through self-efficacy. (7) To know the indirect effect of problem solving ability on entrepreneurial readiness through self-efficacy. The research respondents were vocational students as many as 221 respondents in class XI. Data analysis using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of hypothesis testing show: (1) Creativity has a negative influence of 47.4% and significant on entrepreneurial readiness. Due to the significance value of 0.00 <0.05; (2) Creativity has a negative influence of 36.2% and significant on self-efficacy. Due to the significance value of 0.00 <0.05; (3) Problem solving ability has a negative influence of 33.7% and significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness. Due to the significance value of 0.00 < 0.05; (4) Problem solving ability has a positive influence of 12% and is not significant to self-efficacy. Due to the significance value of 0.05 ≤ 0.05; (5) Self-efficacy has a positive influence of 62.4% and significant on entrepreneurial readiness. Due to the significance value of 0.00 < 0.05; (6) Creativity has a negative effect of -22.5% and significant indirectly on entrepreneurial readiness through self-efficacy. Due to the significance value of 0.00 <0.05; (7) Problem solving ability does not have a positive influence of 7.4% and indirectly significant on entrepreneurial readiness through self-efficacy.
