Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh gaya mengajar dan efektifitas media pembelajaran online terhadap keaktifan siswa dengan mediasi motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh populasi, sebanyak 145 responden siswa SMAN 79 Negeri Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya mengajar berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan siswa, gaya mengajar berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, efektivitas media pembelajaran online berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, efektivitas media pembelajaran online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan siswa, motivasi belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap keaktifan siswa, motivasi belajar tidak memiliki efek atau tidak memediasi gaya mengajar terhadap keaktifan siswa, motivasi belajar tidak memediasi efektivitas media pembelajaran online terhadap keaktifan siswa. ***** This research aims to determine the influence of teaching style and the effectiveness of online learning media on student activity by mediating learning motivation in economics subjects. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument which was analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The sample in this study was the entire population, as many as 145 student at SMAN 79 Negeri Jakarta. The results of this research show that teaching style has a positive and significant effect on student activeness, teaching style has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, the effectiveness of online learning media has a positive and significant on learning motivation, the effectiveness of online learning media has a positive and significant on student activeness, learning motivation has no effect on student activeness, learning motivation has no effect or does not mediate teaching style on student activeness, learning motivation has no effect or does not mediate the effectiveness of online learning media on student activeness.
