Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun pada satuan pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Validasi produk dilakukan oleh tim ahli. Melibatkan 6 orang guru kelompok B dengan 4 orang guru pada kelas eksperimen dan 2 orang guru pada kelas kontrol serta 30 anak usia 5-6 tahun dalam uji lapangan yang dibagi menjadi 15 kelas eksperimen dan 15 kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam validasi produk adalah angket skala likert. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan. Temuan penelitian adalah p-value > 0,05 berarti terdapat perbedaan dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil rata-rata motivasi pada kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan sebesar 46% berada pada rentang 87,07 dan rata-rata hasil peningkatan kemandirian anak pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 31% berada pada rentang 79,80 dengan kriteria anak berkembang sesuai harapan. Berdasarkan temuan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi efektif meningkatkan motivasi dan kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun. ***** This research aims to develop a differentiated learning model to increase the motivation and independence of children aged 5-6 years in early childhood education units. This research uses research and development methods of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Product validation is carried out by a team of experts. Involving 6 group B teachers with 4 teachers in the experimental class and 2 teachers in the control class as well as 30 children aged 5-6 years in the field test which were divided into 15 experimental classes and 15 control classes. The instrument used in product validation is a Likert scale questionnaire. The expert validation results show that the product developed is very suitable for use. The research findings are p-value > 0.05, meaning there is a difference with a confidence level of 95%. The average result of motivation in the experimental class has increased by 46% in the range of 87.07 and the average result of increasing children's independence in the experimental class by 31% is in the range of 79.80 with the criteria for children developing according to expectations. Based on the findings that differentiated learning is effective in increasing the motivation and independence of children aged 5-6 years.
