Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, empat variabel digunakan: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Security, Trust, dan Decision to Adopt Digital Payment. Fokus penelitian ini adalah daerah di sekitar DKI Jakarta. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur populasi. Populasi yang digunakan adalah orang-orang di antara 17 dan 30 tahun yang tinggal di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel purposive dari 260 responden. Metode analisis penelitian menggunakan Model Equation Structural (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Security secara signifikan berdampak pada Trust; Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Security, dan Trust secara signifikan berdampak pada Keputusan untuk Menerima Pembayaran Digital melalui Mediasi Trust. ***** In this research, four variables were used: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Security, Trust, and Decision to Adopt Digital Payment. The focus of this study is the area around DKI Jakarta. This quantitative study uses a Likert scale to measure the population. The population used is people between 17 and 30 years old who live in DKI Jakarta. This study used a purposive sample of 260 respondents. The research analysis method used the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Security significantly impacted Trust; Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Security, and Trust significantly impacted the Decision to Accept Digital Payments through Trust Mediation.
