Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan kepraktisan pada pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis flipbook pada elemen Teknik Dasar Aktivitas Perkantoran di Bidang Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMKN 31 Jakarta pada tahun 2024 dengan melibatkan 36 siswa kelas X MP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari tiga validator, yaitu ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media, serta 36 siswa kelas X MP sebagai responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik angket menggunakan skala Likert 1-5. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validasi oleh ahli dan uji praktikalitas. Uji validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi dengan hasil 89% (sangat layak), ahli bahasa 91% (sangat layak), dan ahli media 88% (sangat layak). Uji praktikalitas dilakukan oleh 36 siswa kelas X MP menunjukkan hasil 88% (sangat praktis) dalam one-to-one evaluation, 90% (sangat praktis) dalam uji coba kelompok kecil, dan 92% (sangat praktis) dalam uji coba kelompok besar. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah flipbook yang dikembangkan sangat layak dan praktis digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. ***** This research aims to determine the feasibility and practicality of developing flipbook-based teaching materials on the Basic Technical elements of Office Activities in the Field of Office Management and Business Services. The research was carried out at SMKN 31 Jakarta in 2024 involving 36 class X MP students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The research subjects consisted of three validators, namely material experts, language experts, and media experts, as well as 36 class X MP students as respondents. The data collection method uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire technique using a 1-5 Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out through expert validation tests and practicality tests. The data analysis techniques used in this research include validation tests by experts and practicality tests. The validation test was carried out by material experts with results of 89% (very feasible), language experts 91% (very feasible), and media experts 88% (very feasible). The practicality test carried out by 36 class X MP students showed results of 88% (very practical) in one-to-one evaluation, 90% (very practical) in small group trials, and 92% (very practical) in large group trials. The conclusion of this research is that the flipbook developed is very feasible and practical to use in learning activities.
