Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategic leadership, dynamic capabilities, knowledge management terhadap organizational performance dimana competitive ditempatkan sebagai mediator. Hipotesis empirik yang telah diuji dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak AMOS 24. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan data empirik yang diperoleh dari hasil jawaban kuesioner dari 157 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu dalam level junior manager hingga visce presiden pada 6 perusahaan yang ada dalam lingkungan PT.Elnusa Tbk Jakarta. . Responden dalam penelitian ini diasumsikan mewakili perusahaan dan berkedudukan diberbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis statistik deskriptif yaitu angka rata-rata dan indeks persepsi menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pelaku bisnis pada masing masing konstruk tergolong cenderung setuju (3,10). Hasil analisis full structural equation model menunjukkan model dapat diterima secara keseluruhan memenuhi syarat berdasarkan indeks goodness of fit adalah Chi-Square = 216,991 lebih kecil dari t tabel 243,859 , df = 195, probability = 0,000 CMIN/DF =1.113 , AGFI = 0,839 , GFI =0,876 , TLI =0,989, CFI = 0,991 serta RMSEA = 0,029. Hipotesis kausalitas yang dikembangkan dan telah diuji dengan menggunakan uji Critical Ratio dalam program SEM AMOS diperoleh hasil yang signifikan yaitu semua hipotesis teruji/diterima. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif strategic leadership terhadap competitive advantage, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dynamic capabilities terhadap competitive advantage , (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif knowledge management terhadap competitive advantage,(4) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif competitive advantage terhadap organizational performance ,(5) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif strategic leadership terhadap organizational performance,(6) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dynamic capabilities terhadap organizational performance, (7) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif knowledge management terhadap organizational performance,(8) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung positif strategic leadership terhadap organizational performance melalui competitive advantage sebagai mediator,(9) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung positif dynamic capabilities terhadap organizational performance melalui competitive advantage sebagai mediator,(10) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung positif knowledge management terhadap organizational performance melalui competitive advantage sebagai mediator. Kata Kunci : strategic leadership, dynamic capabilities, knowledge management, competitive advantage, organizational performance This research examines how strategic leadership, dynamic capabilities and knowledge management coherently influence organizational performance. It highlights competitiveness that would serve as an intermediary. We explored 10 correlation archetypes using Purposive Sampling through computational AMOS 24 model fit on data from a unique sample of 157 respondents. Job level variants, from Junior Managers to Vice Presidents, in 6 subsidiaries among PT. Elnusa Tbk were the sole criterion for testing our empirical hypothesis. These people were respectively eligible to represent each sub company and widely spread across areas in Indonesia. Initial descriptive statistics, yielded from medians and perceptions index, indicate that business from each construct are more perceptively leaning on acceptance rate (3.10). The full Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis suggest that such model fits the goodness of fit (GFI) because it fulfills these requirements: a) Chi-Square = 216,991 (lower than t Table of 243,859); b) df = 195; c) Probability = 0,000; d) CMIN/DF =1.113; e) AGFI = 0,839; f) GFI =0,876; g) TLI =0,989; h) CFI = 0,991 and i) RMSEA = 0,029. We developed the causal hypothesis and tested the Critical Ratio with the SEM AMOS. Final results aligned with the initial hypothesis. In conclusion, our research found ten correlation archetypes: 1) A direct positive influence of Strategic Leadership on Competitive Advantage; 2) A through positive effect of DynamicCapabilities on Competitive Advantage; 3) A direct positive impact of KnowledgeManagement on Competitive Advantage; 4) A through positive influence of Competitive Advantage on Organizational Performance; 5) A strongly positive direction of Strategic Leadership on Organizational Performance; 6) A direct positive influence of Dynamic Capabilities on Organizational Performance; 7) A through positive impact of Knowledge Management on Organizational Performance; 8) A strongly positive direction of Strategic Leadership on Organizational Performance with Competitive Advantage serving as an intermediary; 9) An indirect positive influence of Dynamic Capabilities on Organizational Performance with Competitive Advantage serving as an intermediary and 10) An indirect positive impact of Knowledge Management on Organizational Performance with Competitive Advantage serving as an intermediary.
