Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk fast fashion Shopee terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 responden ditentukan menggunakan rumus chochran. Kuesioner pada penelitian ini berjumlah 41 item pernyataan meliputi 24 pernyataan variabel kualitas produk dan 17 pernyataan variabel kepuasan konsumen. Hasil uji validitas konstruk dan uji validitas setara, 4 item pernyataan dinyatakan tidak valid, sehingga kuesioner yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 37 item pernyataan yang diberikan kepada 120 responden. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Perhitungan nilai R Square yang diperoleh adalah 0,716 atau 71,6%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara kualitas produk fast fashion Shopee terhadap kepuasan konsumen ***** This research aims to determine the effect of product quality Shopee fast fashion on consumer satisfaction. This research uses survey research method with a quantitative approach. Sample technique used in this research using nonprobability sampling techniques. The sample used in this research was 120 respondents using the chochran formula. The questionnaire in this study consisted of 41 items statements include 24 product quality variable statements and 17 statements consumer satisfaction variable. The results of the construct validity test and validity test are equivalent, 4 statement items were declared invalid, so a questionnaire was used In this study there were 37 statement items given to 120 people respondents. The data analysis technique in this research uses a linear regression test simple. The calculated R Square value obtained is 0.716 or 71.6%. It can be concluded that this research shows that there is an influence between the quality of Shopee fast fashion products on consumer satisfaction
