Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri, dan aktualisasi diri dengan kemampuan mencipta tari dalam elemen Fase D Kurikulum Merdeka siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 170 Jakarta. Hal ini berdasarkan latar belakang bahwa dalam kegiatan mencipta tari, siswa terlihat tidak percaya diri dan tidak yakin akan kemampuan atau potensi yang dimilikinya, sehingga proses untuk mencipta tari menjadi terhambat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan menggunakan desain multiple correlation. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampel acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) efikasi diri memiliki hubungan positif dengan kemampuan mencipta tari; 2) aktualisasi diri memiliki hubungan positif dengan kemampuan mencipta tari; 3) efikasi diri memiliki hubungan positif dengan aktualisasi diri; dan 4) efikasi diri dan aktualisasi diri memiliki hubungan positif dengan kemampuan mencipta tari. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mencipta tari siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui efikasi diri dan aktualisasi diri. **** The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and self-actualization on the ability to create dance in the Phase D element of the Merdeka Curriculum for eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 170 Jakarta. This is based on the background that in dance creation activities, students appear to lack confidence and are unsure of their abilities or potential, which hinders the dance creation process. This study uses a quantitative correlational method with a multiple correlation design. The research sample consisted of 60 students selected using random sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that 1) selfefficacy has a positive relationship with the ability to create dance; 2) selfactualization has a positive relationship with the ability to create dance; 3) selfefficacy has a positive relationship with self-actualization; and 4) self-efficacy and self-actualization have a positive relationship with the ability to create dance. The conclusion of this study shows that students' ability to create dance can be improved through self-efficacy and self-actualization.
