Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk Sporty Hijab Sebagai Merchandise Universitas Negeri Jakarta dan memperoleh penilaian terhadap Kualitas Produk Sporty Hijab Sebagai Merchandise Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, model desain yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental design dengan bentuk desain one-shot case study. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penilaian dengan skala pengukuran rating scale yang diberikan kepada 5 orang panelis ahli. Penilaian kualitas produk pada 5 produk sporty hijab yang dikombinasikan dengan busana activeware dinilai berdasrkan kriteria kualitas produk yaitu memenuhi indikator unsur kualitas produk, dimensi kualitas produk dan faktor kualitas positif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa indikator unsur kualitas produk dengan sub indikator harga yang wajar, ekonomis, awet, aman dan mudah digunakan mendapatkan persentase sebesar 88,6%, indikator dimensi kualitas produk dengan sub indikator kinerja, keindahan, kemudahan perawatan, keunikan, daya tahan, kualitas kesesuaian dan kegunaan yang sesuai mendapatkan persentase sebesar 86,25% dan indikator faktor kualitas positif dengan sub indikator desain yang bagus, keunggulan dalam persaingan, daya tarik dan keaslian mendapatkan persentase sebesar 84%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 5 produk sporty hijab, produk 1 memperoleh persentase tertinggi yaitu 88,2%, produk 1 merupakan hasil desain yang paling sesuai dengan penilaian indikator unsur kualitas produk, dimensi kualitas produk dan faktor kualitas positif. Sedangkan produk 2 memperoleh persentase terendah yaitu 85,6%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penilaian kualitas produk sporty hijab sebagai merchandise Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan kombinasi busana activeware, mendapatkan persentase 86,2% dengan kategori sangat baik sehingga dinyatakan sangat layak untuk pembuatan merchandise serta inovasi produk sporty hijab kepada mahasiswa maupun masyarakat. ABSTRACT This research aims to produce Sporty Hijab products as Jakarta State University merchandise and obtain an assessment of the quality of Sporty Hijab products as Jakarta State University merchandise. Descriptive quantitative research method, the design model used is pre-experimental design in the form of a one-shot case study design. The data collection technique uses an assessment instrument with a rating scale measurement scale given to 5 expert panelists. The product quality assessment of 5 sporty hijab products combined with activeware clothing was assessed based on product quality criteria, namely meeting the product quality element indicators, product quality dimensions and positive quality factors. The research results stated that the product quality element indicators with subindicators of reasonable price, economical, durable, safe and easy to use got a percentage of 88.6%, product quality dimension indicators with sub-indicators of performance, beauty, ease of maintenance, uniqueness, durability, the quality of suitability and appropriate use gets a percentage of 86.25% and the indicator of positive quality factors with sub-indicators of good design, superiority over competition, attractiveness and authenticity gets a percentage of 84%. Based on the research results of 5 sporty hijab products, product 1 obtained the highest percentage, namely 88.2%, product 1 was the design result that most suited the assessment of product quality element indicators, product quality dimensions and positive quality factors. Meanwhile, product 2 obtained the lowest percentage, namely 85.6%. It can be concluded that the assessment of the quality of sporty hijab products as merchandise for Jakarta State University with a combination of activeware clothing, received a percentage of 86.2% in the very good category so that it was declared very suitable for making merchandise and innovating sporty hijab products for students and the public.
