Abstract

Penelitian ini melakukan analisis work from home terhadap employee performance dengan work family conflict dan happiness sebagai variabel mediasi pada pegawai DPRD DKI Jakarta sehingga menemukan kerangka konseptual dan empirik employee performance di DPRD DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dikarenakan menganalisis data secara numerikal, hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan diuji melalui analisis data kuantitatif atau statis, metode pengumpulan data adalah angket menggunakan Google Form dengan hipotesis yang diuji menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Dalam menentukan sampel pada penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin yang didapatkan hasil 135 sampel. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan data hasil jawaban kuisioner dari 135 pegawai dengan populasi 200 orang pada DPRD DKI Jakarta. Responden yang dibagi menjadi laki-laki 63 orang dan wanita 72 orang. Hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan hasil bahwa work from home memiliki pengaruh langsung positif signifikan terhadap variabel work family conflict, happiness, dan employee performance. Happiness dan work from home memilki pengaruh langsung positif signifikan terhadap employee performace pegawai. Happiness memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung antara work from home terdahap employee performace pada pegawai DPRD DKI Jakarta. Pegawai memang mengalami masalah dalam menyeimbangkan antara pekerjaan dan keluarga ketika penerapan work from home dilakukan. Tetapi employee performance pegawai dapat terjaga dengan baik, walaupun pegawai mengalami berbagai kesusahan ketika penerapan work from home pegawai dapat berinteraksi dengan keluarga lebih intens dari biasanya sehingga happiness meningkat ketika penerapan work from home. Kata Kunci: Work From Home, Work Family Conflict, Happiness, Employee Performance ***** This research conducted a work from home analysis of employee performance with work family conflict and happiness as mediating variables for DKI Jakarta DPRD employees as to find a conceptual and empirical framework for employee performance in DKI Jakarta DPRD. This research is a type of quantitative research because it analyzes data numerically, the hypotheses that have been determined are tested through quantitative or static data analysis, the data collection method is a questionnaire using Google Form with hypotheses tested using SmartPLS 4.0 software. In determining the sample in the study, the Slovin formula was used, which resulted in 135 samples. Hypothesis testing uses data from questionnaire answers from 135 employees with a population of 200 people at the DKI Jakarta DPRD. Respondents were divided into 63 men and 72 women. The results of the hypothesis test showed that work from home has a significant positive direct influence on the variables work family conflict, happiness and employee performance. Happiness and work from home have a significant positive direct influence on employee performance. Happiness mediates the indirect influence of work from home on employee performance among DKI Jakarta DPRD employees. Employees do experience problems in balancing work and family when work from home is implemented. However, employee performance can be maintained well, even though employees experience various difficulties when implementing work from home, employees can interact with their families more intensely than usual so that happiness increases when implementing work from home.
