Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan Kepala Bidang pada bidang Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari hingga Juni 2024 dan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan subjek penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Kepala Bidang Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta ditinjau dari aspek pengaruh ideal yaitu, mengkomunikasikan visi, misi, dan tujuan secara jelas kepada seluruh pegawai, menunjukkan sikap teladan, dan kemampuan mengatasi masalah. (2) Kepemimpinan Kepala Bidang Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta ditinjau dari aspek motivasi inspirasional yaitu, bertindak sebagai mentor, melakukan komunikasi interpersonal, dan memberikan perhatian, dukungan, dan empati. (3) Kepemimpinan Kepala Bidang Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta ditinjau dari aspek perhatian individual yaitu, kemampuan kepala bidang dalam memberikan inspirasi dan motivasi, memberikan saran, arahan, dan semangat kerja pegawai. (4) Kepemimpinan Kepala Bidang Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta ditinjau dari aspek stimulasi intelektual yaitu, kemampuan pengambilan keputusan, kesempatan pendidikan dan pelatihan, mendorong berfikir kreatif dan inovatif. ***** This research was conducted at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office, which aims to determine the leadership role of the Head of Division in the field of Educators and Education Staff at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office. This research was conducted from January to June 2024 and is a descriptive qualitative research. Determination of the subject of this research using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership of the Head of the Educator and Education Staff Division at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office in terms of ideal influence, is by communicating vision, mission, and goals clearly to all employees, showing exemplary attitudes, and ability to overcome problems. (2) Leadership of the Head of the Educator and Education Staff Division at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office in terms of inspirational motivation, is by as a mentor by understanding the different in employee character, conducting interpersonal communication, and providing attention, support, and empathy. (3) Leadership of the Head of the Educator and Education Staff Division at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office in terms of individual attention, is by the ability of the head of the field to provide inspiration and motivation, provide advice, direction, and employee morale. (4) Leadership of the Head of the Educator and Education Staff Division at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office in terms of aspects of intellectual stimulation, is by the ability of the head of the field in providing inspiration and motivation, providing advice, direction, and encouraging employee work.
