Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui hasil evaluasi implementasi program pelatihan guru PAUD bidang kerjasama dengan orang tua melalui beasiswa Microcredential LPDP tahun 2023 dengan menggunakan model evaluasi goal free, melalui evaluasi dampak negatif, dampak positif, dan side-effect positif dari pelaksanaan program. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah, observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan trangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) dampak negatif dari implementasi program pelatihan yang dirasakan oleh informan, seperti kurangnya mendapatkan contoh implementasi dari cara komunikasi dan diskusi yang dilakukan di sekolah PAUD di Australia, informan mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber disebabkan oleh aksen yang digunakan kurang bisa dipahami oleh peserta, dan informan menyebutkan bahwa beberapa materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber lebih mengedepankan pada teori hubungan kerjasama antara sekolah dengan orang tua yang kurang relevan dengan kondisi yang ada di Indonesia. Sedangkan, (2) dampak positif dari implementasi program pelatihan yang dirasakan oleh informan, diantaranya Informan lebih memahami makna dari hubungan antara guru dan orang tua yang ikut berperan aktif dalam tumbuh kembang anak, menambah wawasan mengenai kerjasama guru dengan orang tua bagi peserta, peserta dapat membuat media informasi yang edukatif bagi orang tua, komunikasi dan kolaborasi peserta dengan orang tua peserta didik menjadi lebih intens. Selain itu, dikaitkan dengan konsep hubungan kerjasama antara guru dengan masyarakat, lebih dari sebagian informan memberikan jawaban positif mengenai implementasi hubungan kerjasama antara guru dengan masyarakat. Terakhir, (3) side-effect positif dari implementasi program pelatihan yang dirasakan oleh informan ialah, Informan dapat saling memberikan pengalaman mengajarnya, sehingga memberikan pandangan dan ide baru bagi peserta lain untuk mengimplementasikannya di sekolah mereka masing-masing, informan merasa dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam memberikan materi edukatif kepada orang tua, menjadikan pribadi yang bertanggung jawab dalam memfasilitasi kegiatan belajar peserta didik yang lebih baik, dan membangun pikiran positif terhadap orang tua.***** This research aims to find out the results of the evaluation of the PAUD teacher training program in the field of collaboration with parents through LPDP Microcredential scholarships in 2023. This research uses a goal free evaluation model, by evaluating negative impacts, positive impacts and positive side-effects. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data validity test was carried out using source, technique and time triangulation. The results of this research show that: (1) the negative impacts felt by the informants, such as the lack of examples of implementation of communication and discussion methods carried out in PAUD schools in Australia, the informants experienced difficulty in understanding the material presented by the resource person due to the accent used being less understandable to the audience. participants and informants stated that some of the material presented by the resource person prioritized the theory of cooperative relationships between schools and parents which was less relevant to the conditions existing in Indonesia. Meanwhile, (2) the positive impact felt by the informant, including that the informant better understands the meaning of the relationship between teachers and parents who play an active role in children's growth and development, adds insight into the collaboration between teachers and parents for participants, participants can create educational information media for people. parents, communication and collaboration between participants and their parents becomes more intense. Apart from that, related to the concept of cooperative relationships between teachers and the community, more than half of the informants gave positive answers regarding the implementation of cooperative relationships between teachers and the community. Lastly, (3) the positive side-effect felt by the informants is that the informants can share their teaching experiences with each other, thereby providing new views and ideas for other participants to implement in their respective schools. The informants feel they can increase their self-confidence in providing educational material to parents. , making individuals responsible for facilitating better student learning activities, and building positive thoughts towards parents.
