Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan: (1) Gambaran dari kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT X. (2) Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT X (3) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT X. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan explanatory. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS), menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS untuk mengolahnya. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan 92 karyawan dari total populasi 120 karyawan PT X. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: (1) Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT X. (2) Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT X. The Purpose of the research are: 1.) To know the description of compensation and work environment toward job satisfaction of PT X employees. 2.) To determine the influence of compensation on job satisfaction of PT X employees. 3.) To determine the influence of work environment on job satisfaction of PT X employees. This study uses descriptive analysis and explanation. The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS), using SmartPLS software to process it. The sample in this study used 92 employees from a total of 120 employees of PT X. The results of this study reveal that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction of PT X employees. (2) The work environment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction of PT X employees.
