Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data empirik mengenai pemahaman guru tentang pembelajaran siswa berbakat di sekolah dasar negeri inklusi di Kecamatan Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan teknik deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 orang guru yang mengajar di 17 SD Negeri inklusi di Kecamatan Tebet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman guru sudah baik, dengan 98 responden (98%) memperoleh skor pemahaman secara keseluruhan di atas batas lulus ideal. Dilihat dari masing-masing tingkatan pemahaman, yaitu pada dimensi pemahaman menerjemahkan pembelajaran siswa berbakat, 89 responden (89%) mendapatkan skor di atas batas lulus ideal. Pada pemahaman menginterpretasi pembelajaran, 84 responden (84%) mendapatkan skor di atas batas lulus ideal. Pada dimensi mengekstrapolasi pembelajaran, 99 responden (99%) mendapatkan skor di atas batas lulus ideal. Kesimpulannya adalah pemahaman guru tentang pembelajaran siswa berbakat di SD Negeri inklusi di Kecamatan Tebet sudah baik, meskipun masih terdapat hal-hal yang bisa ditingkatkan, seperti pemahaman dalam mencirikan modifikasi konten sebagai bagian dari modifikasi kurikulum siswa berbakat, mengartikan perlunya teknik pengajaran yang sesuai karakteristik dan kebutuhan belajar siswa, mengartikan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan norma dan kriteria, membedakan evaluasi dengan penilaian pendekatan norma, membedakan evaluasi berbasis problem solving, dan merancang kurikulum dengan modifikasi pada evaluasi pembelajaran. ***** This study aims to obtain empirical data regarding teachers' understanding of gifted students' learning in inclusive public elementary schools in Tebet District, South Jakarta. The method used is a survey method with descriptive techniques. Data collection was done through distributing questionnaires to 100 teachers who teach in 17 inclusive public elementary schools in Tebet District. The results showed that teachers' understanding was good, with 98 respondents (98%) obtaining an overall understanding score above the ideal pass mark. Judging from each level of understanding, namely in the dimension of understanding translating gifted students' learning, 89 respondents (89%) scored above the ideal passing limit. On the understanding of interpreting learning, 84 respondents (84%) scored above the ideal pass mark. On the dimension of extrapolating learning, 99 respondents (99%) scored above the ideal pass mark. The conclusion is that teachers' understanding of gifted students' learning in inclusive public primary schools in Tebet sub-district is good, although there are still things that can be improved, such as understanding in characterizing content modification as part of curriculum modification for gifted students, interpreting the need for teaching techniques that suit students' characteristics and learning needs, interpreting normand criterion-based learning evaluation, differentiating evaluation with normapproach assessment, differentiating problem-solving-based evaluation, and designing curriculum with modifications to learning evaluation.
