Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh attitude towards donation dan perceived behavioral control terhadap intention to donate melalui desire to donate pada generasi milenial di Jabodetabek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 160 responden kepada generasi milenial di Jabodetabek yang sudah memiliki penghasilan dan mengetahui platform crowdfunding sebagai sarana untuk berdonasi. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode survei dengan mengedarkan kuesioner online untuk mengumpulkan data. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari objek penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa attitude towards donation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap desire to donate, perceived behavioral control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap desire to donate, attitude towards donation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to donate melalui desire to donate, perceived behavioral control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to donate melalui desire to donate, dan desire to donate berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to donate. ***** This study aims to identify the influence of attitude towards donation and perceived behavioral control on intention to donate through desire to donate among millennials in Jabodetabek. The research method used is quantitative, involving a sample of 160 respondents from the millennial generation in Jabodetabek who have an income and are familiar with crowdfunding platforms as a means of donation. The study employed a survey method by distributing online questionnaires to collect data. The data used are primary data obtained directly from the research subjects. The sampling technique was carried out using a non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that attitude towards donation has a positive and significant influence on desire to donate, perceived behavioral control has a positive and significant influence on desire to donate, attitude towards donation has a positive and significant influence on intention to donate through desire to donate, perceived behavioral control has a positive and significant influence on intention to donate through desire to donate, and desire to donate has a positive and significant influence on intention to donate.
