Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP di SMA Negeri 28 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara secara mendalam yang dilakukan secara langsung. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program ini adalah untuk menanamkan profil pelajar Pancasila yang memiliki 6 ciri utama: Beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia, mandiri, bergotong-royong, berkebinekaan global, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan kredibilitas data dengan triangulasi sumber, teori, metode. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pada evaluasi context, pelaksanaan program sudah sesuai latar belakangnya, (2) Evaluasi input yang meliputi sumber daya, sarana dan prasarana, strategi, dan anggaran program juga sudah cukup sesuai. SMA Negeri 28 Jakarta kekurangan guru dalam melaksanakan program ini, (3) Pada evaluasi process, pelaksanaan program berjalan berjalan dengan sesuai (4) Evaluasi product menunjukkan bahwa program ini dapat menumbuhkan profil pelajarPancasila pada peserta didik. Namun, masihh perlu adanya perbaikan terhadap beberapa aspek program agar pelaksanaan program projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan lancar sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. ***** This study aims to determine the implementation of the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila program using the CIPP evaluation model at SMA Negeri 28 Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Evaluation method. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews conducted directly. The purpose of the implementation of this program is to instill the profile of Pancasila students who have 6 main characteristics: faith, devotion to God Almighty, and noble character, independence, mutual cooperation, global diversity, critical reasoning, and creativity. The collected data were analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To test the validity of the data, data credibility was used by triangulating sources, theories, and methods. Based on the results of the study, it shows that (1) In context evaluation, the implementation of the program is in accordance with its background, (2) Input evaluation which includes resources, facilities and infrastructure, strategies, and program budgets is also good. SMA Negeri 28 Jakarta lacks teachers in implementing this program, (3) In the process evaluation, the implementation of the program has gone well (4) Product evaluation shows that this program can foster the profile of Pancasila students in students. The recommendation from this research is that there is a need for improvement in several aspects of the program so that the implementation of the project program to strengthen the projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila can run effectively and smoothly in accordance with the predetermined objectives.
