Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik melalui model Project Based Learning pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kebon Pala 11 Pagi Jakarta Timur. Jenis dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dimana peneliti berkolaborasi dengan guru sebagai perencana tindakan dan pengamat untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diperlukan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah peserta didik kelas V yang berjumlah 28 peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ialah telah terjadi peningkatan pada kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik di siklus II dengan menggunakan model Project Based Learning dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yaitu sebanyak 82,14% atau 23 dari total peserta didik telah mencapai kategori kreatif dan sangat kreatif pada kemampuan berpikir kreatifnya atau telah mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan. Sehingga pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA. ***** This research aims to improve students' creative thinking abilities through the Project Based Learning model in natural science learning (IPA) in class V of the Kebon Pala 11 Pagi State Elementary School, East Jakarta. The type and method of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) where the researcher collaborates with the teacher as an action planner and observer to obtain the required results. The subjects in this research were 28 class V students. The results of the research are that there has been an increase in the creative thinking abilities of students in cycle II using the Project Based Learning model in learning activities, namely that 82.14% or 23 of the total students have reached the creative and very creative categories in their creative thinking abilities or have achieve the targets that have been set. Therefore learning using the Project Based Learning model can improve students' creative thinking abilities in natural science learning.
