Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Pancasila Melalui Penerapan Model Everyone Is A Teacher Here di Kelas IV SDN Pondok Bambu 02 Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Model yang digunakan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah model spiralatau siklus yang mengacu pada model penelitian tindakan kelas Kemmis S and Mc Taggart. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah kelas IV SDN Pondok Bambu 02 Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 32 siswa. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar meningkat dari 43,75% pada akhir siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 84% pada akhir siklus II. Instrument pemantau tindakan siswa meningkat dari 78,3% pada akhir siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 97,5% pada siklus II. Instrument pemantau tindakan guru meningkat dari 75% pada siklus I menjadi 96,67% pada akhir siklus II. Sehingga pembelajaran dengan penerapan model Everyone Is A Teacher Here dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila pada siswa kelas IV SD. ***** The research aims to Improve Learning Outcomes of Pancasila Education Through the Application of the Model Everyone Is A Teacher Here in Class IV SDN Pondok Bambu 02 East Jakarta. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The model used in this classroom action research is a spiral or cycle model that refers to the Kemmis S and Mc Taggart classroom action research model. The research was conducted in two cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation of actions, observation and reflection. The subjects of the research were class IV SDN Pondok Bambu 02 East Jakarta totaling 32 students. Data collection techniques used interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques were qualitative descriptive analysis with percentages. The results of this research can be concluded that learning outcomes increased from 43.75% at the end of cycle I and increased to 84% at the end of cycle II. The student action monitoring instrument increased from 78.3% at the end of cycle I and increased to 97.5% in cycle II. The teacher action monitoring instrument increased from 75% in cycle I to 96.67% at the end of cycle II. So that learning by implementing the Everyone Is A Teacher Here model can improve the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education in grade IV elementary school students.
