Abstract
EVALUASI IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN BAHASA INDONESIA BAGI PENUTUR ASING BERBASIS SISTEM KEMILITERAN DI PUSDIKLAT BAHASA BADIKLAT KEMENTERIAN PERTAHANAN Puji Santoso ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi implementasi program pendidikan dan pelatihan bahasa Indonesia di Pusdiklat Bahasa Badiklat Kemhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode evaluatif dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product) yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek context, program ini telah dirancang dengan konsep pemikiran yang visioner berdasarkan kepentingan nasional dengan latar belakang dan landasan hukum yang kokoh, namun Pusdiklat Bahasa perlu merancang visi dan misi organisasinya. Pada aspek inputs, program ini telah dipersiapkan dengan baik sehingga program ini memiliki daya dukung yang memadai. Namun, masih perlu pengadaan ahli teknologi informasi dan pembina jasmani. Hasil evaluasi aspek process menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan program ini berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan, baik dari aspek akademis, kepribadian, maupun kesamaptaan jasmani. Evaluasi aspek products menunjukkan keberhasilan program ini sangat memuaskan, yaitu 100% siswa lulus dengan memuaskan dan mampu melanjutkan ke diklat selanjutnya. Kata Kunci: CIPP, Diplomasi Pertahanan, Penutur Asing, Kesamaptaan Jasmani, Guidance Officer, Sikap dan Perilaku. **** THE EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INDONESIAN LANGUAGE TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR FOREIGN SPEAKERS BASED ON THE MILITARY SYSTEM AT THE LANGUAGE TRAINING CENTER OF THE MINISTRY OF DEFENSE Puji Santoso ABSTRACT The research is aimed at evaluating the implementation of the Indonesian language training program at the Defense Language Training Center (DLTC). This research is based on a qualitative approach by appliying an evaluative method uses the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) model developed by Stufflebeam. The data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies.The results of this study show that in the context aspect, this program has been designed with a visionary concept based on national interests with a solid legal background and foundation, but the DLTC needs to design its organizational vision and mission. In the aspect of inputs, this program has been well prepared so that it has adequate supporting capacity. However, it is still necessary to employ information technology experts and physical fitness coaches. The process aspect shows that the implementation of this program is in accordance with the planning. In the aspect of products show that the success of this program is very satisfying, namely 100% of students graduated satisfactorily and were able to continue to the next training.
