Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen praktik kerja lapangan berbasis mutu di SMKN 48 Jakarta (kompetensi keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga). Sub fokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi; perencanaan praktik kerja lapangan berbasis mutu, pelaksanaan praktik kerja lapangan berbasis mutu, dan evaluasi praktik kerja lapangan berbasis mutu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan praktik kerja lapangan berbasis mutu di SMKN 48 Jakarta sudah dilaksanakan melalui koordinasi tim,pemetaan kompetensi, penyusunan program PKL, sosialisasi, pembekalan pihak sekolah dan perusahaan untuk peserta didik, Kerjasama DU/DI; 2) Pelaksanaan praktik kerja lapangan berbasis mutu di SMKN 48 Jakarta sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan dan guru pembimbing selalu memantau peserta didik dan pihak Perusahaan juga selalu memberikan laporan kepada pihak sekolah secara rutin, PKL dilaksanakan selama 6 bulan; 3) Evaluasi praktik kerja lapangan berbasis mutu di SMKN 48 Jakarta sudah dilaksanakan melalui rapat evaluasi yang melibatkan manajemen sekolah, kompetensi keahlian dan peserta didik, evaluasi berjalan dengan rutin sesuai dengan yang diagendakan. Kata Kunci: Mutu, Praktik Kerja Lapangan, SMKN 48 Jakarta ***** This research aimed to describe the management of quality-based field work practices at SMKN 48 Jakarta ( accounting and financial institutional expertise competencies). Sub focuses in this research include; planning quality-based field work practices, implementing quality-based field work practices, and evaluating quality-based field work practices. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of this research show that: 1) Planning for quality-based field work practices at SMKN 48 Jakarta has been implemented well through team coordination, competency mapping, preparation of PKL programs, socialization, provision by schools and companies for students, DU/DI collaboration; 2) The implementation of quality-based field work practices at SMKN 48 Jakarta has been carried out well because the supervising teacher always monitors the students and the Company also always provides reports to the school regularly, the PKL is carried out for 6 months; 3) Evaluation of quality-based field work practices at SMKN 48 Jakarta has been carried out well through evaluation meetings involving school management, skill competencies and students, evaluations are running routinely according to timetable.
