Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan kompetensi pegawai ASN Kemendikbudristek melalui platform Wiyata Kinarya Merdeka Belajar, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sub fokus penelitian ini meliputi aspek konsep, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pengembangan kompetensi pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Konsep pengembangan kompetensi pegawai pada platform Wiyata Kinarya Merdeka Belajar adalah sebuah strategi untuk pengembangan kompetensi pegawai ASN Kemendikbudristek dengan pengintegrasian seluruh sumber daya dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui pengembangan pengetahuan kecakapan dan sikap-sikap individu dalam ekosistem merdeka belajar untuk mewujudkan SDM unggul yang memiliki kapabilitas tinggi. (2) Pelaksanaan pengembangan kompetensi pegawai pada platform Wiyata Kinarya Merdeka Belajar dilakukan dengan mendaftar/melakukan registrasi, lalu memilih rumpun pelatihan yang akan diikuti, setelah itu, para pegawai akan mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran pada Learning Management System Wiyata Kinarya Merdeka Belajar sesuai jadwal pelaksanaan yang ditentukan. Lalu, para pegawai diarahkan untuk mengisi pretest, membaca dan mempelajari bahan ajar seperti modul dan video pembelajaran, mengerjakan kuis tiap mata pelatihan hingga mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal yaitu 70, serta mengisi postest. Setelah semua pelaksanaan tersebut dilakukan, pegawai akan mengisi umpan balik dan mendapatkan sertifikat pelatihan. (3) Evaluasi pengembangan kompetensi pegawai pada platform Wiyata Kinarya Merdeka Belajar dilakukan dilakukan setelah para pegawai mengikuti pelatihan dan teknik evaluasi yang dilakukan bisa melalui dua cara yaitu pengisian google form yang akan diberikan setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan dilaksanakan atau fasilitator dapat meminta para pegawai untuk memberikan evaluasinya secara langsung. ***** This study aims to describe the development of ASN Kemendikbudristek employee competencies through the Wiyata Kinarya Merdeka Belajar platform, using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The sub-focus of this study includes aspects of the concept, implementation and evaluation of employee competency development. Data collection techniques used were through interviews, observations and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The concept of employee competency development on the Wiyata Kinarya Merdeka Belajar platform is a strategy for developing the competencies of ASN Kemendikbudristek employees by integrating all resources in order to improve organizational performance through the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes of individuals in the independent learning ecosystem to create superior human resources with high capabilities. (2) The implementation of employee competency development on the Wiyata Kinarya Merdeka Belajar platform is carried out by registering/registering, then selecting the training group to be followed, after that, employees will take part in learning activities on the Wiyata Kinarya Merdeka Belajar Learning Management System according to the specified implementation schedule. Then, employees are directed to fill out a pretest, read and study teaching materials such as modules and learning videos, work on quizzes for each training subject until they reach the Minimum Completion Criteria of 70, and fill out a posttest. After all of these implementations are carried out, employees will fill out feedback and receive a training certificate (3) Evaluation of employee competency development on the Wiyata Kinarya Merdeka Belajar platform is carried out after employees have participated in training and the evaluation techniques carried out can be in two ways, namely filling out a Google form which will be given after the training is carried out or the facilitator can ask employees to provide their evaluations directly.
