Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi layanan dasar bidang belajar di SMP wilayah Kecamatan Pondok Aren menggunakan model evaluasi formtaif dan sumatif yang bertujuan mengetahui gambaran efektifitas layanan dasar bidang belajar secara formatif dan sumatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Analisis. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa pada tiga sekolah yaitu SMPN 5, SMPN 12, SMPN 14. Pada kesesuaian komponen RPL dengan pelaksanaan layanan dasar bidang belajar belum sesuai dari beberapa komponen seperti bidang layanan, dan tujuan layanan. Metode pelaksanaan layanan dasar bidang belajar cukup efektif dan media pelaksanaan layanan belum efektif. dan pada hasil sumatif layanan dasar pada instrumen ITP mendapatkan kriteria skor rata-rata, dan instrumen Kompetensi ASCA mendapatkan Kriteria tinggi. Untuk menyempurnakan penyelengaraan layanan dasar bidang belajar, terdapat rekomendasi antara lain: 1) Guru BK bisa lebih memperhatikan standar kompetensi yang berlaku, 2) Guru BK baiknya menjelaskan pentingnya bk, untuk membantu seluruh peserta didik berkembang. ********* This study to evaluate basic learning services in SMP in Pondok Aren District using formative and summative evaluation models which aim to determine the effectiveness of basic learning services in a formative and summative manner. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Analysis. The evaluation results showed that in three schools, namely SMPN 5, SMPN 12, SMPN 14. The suitability of the RPL components with the implementation of basic learning services has not been in accordance with several components such as service areas and service objectives. The method of implementing basic learning services is quite effective and the media for implementing services is not yet effective. and in the summative results of basic services on the ITP instrument, the average score criteria were obtained, and the ASCA Competency instrument received high criteria. To improve the implementation of basic learning services, there are recommendations including: 1) BK teachers can pay more attention to applicable competency standards, 2) BK teachers should explain the importance of BK, to help all students develop.
