Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas VII di SMP Negeri 236 Jakarta. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam peneltian adalah Quasi Eksperimental dengan bentuk Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 236 Jakarta tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Berdasarkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Purposive Random Sampling. Diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII-A yang berjumlah 36 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VII-F yang berjumlah 36 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu berupa tes yang berbentuk tertulis. Setelah data terkumpul, maka data akan diolah dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas sebagai uji prasyarat analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil uji prasyarat analisis data yang dilakukan dengan uji normalitas menggunakan uji Liliefors dengan uji homogenitas dengan menggunakan uji Fisher, menunjukkan bahwa kedua sampel berasal dari populasi yang berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas VII di SMP Negeri 236 Jakarta. The study aims to find out the effect of using the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) learning model on student learning results on IPS grade VII subjects in Central Junior High School 236 Jakarta. The research design used in research is the Experimental Quasi with the form Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The research population is the entire VII grade student in State Junior High School 236 Jakarta school year 2018/2019. Based on the sampling technique used that is Purposive Random Sampling. Acquired samples in the study were VII-A graders totaling 36 students as control classes and VII-F classes numbering 36 students as experimental classes. The data collection technique used is that of a written-shaped test. Once data is collected, then data will be processed by normality test and homogeneity test as a precondition test of data analysis. Based on the results of the precondition test of data analysis conducted by normality test using Liliefors test by homogeneity test using Fisher test, showed that both samples came from populations that were normally distributed and homogeneous. Based on the hypothesis test results showed that there was the influence of the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) learning model toward student learning results on IPS grade VII subjects in State Junior High School 236 Jakarta
