Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran literasi digital guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMAN 3 Jakarta. Sub fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah: literasi digital guru; pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19; dan strategi dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital guru pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMAN 3 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Guru di SMAN 3 Jakarta sudah memiliki kemampuan literasi digital yang baik dalam menggunakan teknologi, dan mengelola informasi yang diperoleh sebagai bahan mengajar; 2) pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran pada masa Covid-19 dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan kurikulum khusus dari pemerintah dalam pelaksanaannya berjalan efektif hal ini tidak terlepas dari faktor-faktor baik pendukung dan penghambatnya dalam kegiatan pembelajaran daring perlu dilakukan proses evaluasi guna pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan efektif.; 3) Upaya yang dilakukan sekolah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital guru dapat berasal dari internal sekolah dan eksternal sekolah dan strategi peningkatan kemampuan guru mengalami penghambat dalam proses komunikais di masa pandemi. ************************************************* This research aims to determine the role of teacher digital literacy in learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMAN 3 Jakarta. The sub-focus in this research are: teachers' digital literacy; implementation of learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic; and strategies in an effort to improve the digital literacy skills of teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 3 Jakarta. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that 1) Teachers at SMAN 3 Jakarta already have good digital literacy skills in using technology, and managing information obtained as teaching materials; 2) the implementation of learning activities during the Covid-19 period is carried out online using a special curriculum from the government in its effective implementation, this is inseparable from both supporting and inhibiting factors in online learning activities, an evaluation process needs to be carried out so that learning can run effectively. ; 3) Efforts made by schools to improve teachers' digital literacy skills can come from internal schools and external schools and strategies for improving teacher skills are experiencing obstacles in the communication process during the pandemic.
