Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 52 Jakarta, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, strategi, faktor kendala, dan evaluasi pengembangan kurikulum 2013 dalam meningkatkan kualitas lulusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2022 hingga Desember 2022. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Perencanaan pengembangan kurikulum 2013 dalam meningkatkan kualitas lulusan diawali dengan membentuk tim pengembang kurikulum dan tim pengembang program sekolah, melaksanakan rapat koordinasi untuk merumuskan program perbaikan dan pengembangan target jangka panjang, menengah, dan pendek, mengadakan rapat kerja dengan guru dan mencatat masukan input orang tua peserta didik, mendiskusikan kerelevanan program dengan kondisi saat ini, dibuat pengembangan kurikulum sesuai data yang diperoleh. (2) Strategi pengembangan kurikulum 2013 dalam meningkatkan kualitas lulusan, sekolah membuat program peningkatan jumlah lulusan untuk siswa yang melanjutkan ke pendidikan tinnggi dan program pemberian keterampilan tambahan untuk siswa yang rentan tidak melanjutkan ke pendidikan tinggi. Bentuk pelaksanaan program tersebut terintegrasi melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, ekstrakurikuler, dan pembiasaan budaya sekolah yang mencakup kedalam kegiatan tes minat bakat, seminar masuk perguruan tinggi, career day, expo campus, kegiatan hafidz qur’an, pkwu, dan adiwiyata. (3) Faktor penghambat pengembangan kurikulum 2013 dalam meningkatkan kualitas lulusan yaitu pihak sekolah masih rancu mengenai pengembangan kurikulum melalui prinsip diversifikasi, kurangnya guru PKWU, faktor ekonomi dan motivasi dari keluarga peserta didik yang rendah, mental dan psikologis peserta didik yang masih rendah. (4) Evaluasi pengembangan kurikulum 2013 dalam meningkatkan kualitas lulusan diawali dengan persiapan, merumuskan tujuan, merumuskan kriteria, pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi, dan melakukan indikator kinerja. ******************************************* This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 52 Jakarta, which aimed to determine the planning, strategy, constraint factors, and evaluation of the development of the 2013 curriculum in improving the quality of graduates. This research was conducted from January 2022 to December 2022. Researchers use a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study show that: (1) Planning for curriculum development in 2013 in improving the quality of graduates begins with forming a curriculum development team and school program development team, conducting coordination meetings to formulate improvement programs and developing long, medium, and short-term targets, holding work meetings with teachers and recording input from parents of students, discussing the relevance of the program to current conditions, curriculum development is made according to the data obtained. (2) The 2013 curriculum development strategy in improving the quality of graduates, the school created a program to increase the number of graduates for students who went on to education and an additional skills delivery program for vulnerable students not to go on to higher education. The form of implementation of the program is integrated through intracurricular, cocurricular, extracurricular, and habituation of school culture activities which include aptitude interest test activities, college entrance seminars, career days, expo campuses, hafidz qur'an activities, pkwu, and adiwiyata. (3) Factors inhibitor on the development of the 2013 curriculum in improving the quality of graduates, namely the school is still ambiguous about curriculum development through the principle of diversification, lack of PKWU teachers, economic factors and motivation from students' families are low, mental and psychological students are still low. (4) Evaluation of the development of the 2013 curriculum in improving the quality of graduates begins with preparation, formulating goals, formulating criteria, implementing monitoring and evaluation, and conducting performance indicators.
