Abstract

MODEL LATIHAN POLA MENYERANG SEPAKBOLA UNTUK PEMAIN USIA 14-17 TAHUN FIRMANSYAH DAHLAN ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian: (1) Menganalisis model latihan pola menyerang untuk pemain sepakbola usia 14-17 tahun. (2) Menganalisis kelayakan model latihan pola menyerang untuk pemain sepakbola usia 14-17 tahun. (3) Menganalisis efektifitas model latihan pola menyerang untuk pemain sepakbola usia 14-17 tahun. Metode penelitian: penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan mengadopsi model pengembangan Borg & Gall melalui sepuluh tahap. Hasil Penelitian: (1) Analisis permasalahan; studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan sepakbola di Indonesia utamanya latihan belum maksimal, serta referensi terkait latihan taktik, strategi, pola permainan sepakbola sangat minim. Studi lapangan menemukan bahwa kinerja taktis pola menyerang sepakbola pemain usia 14-17 tahun sangat rendah. (2) Perencanaan; rancangan awal model latihan pola menyerang untuk pemain sepakbola usia 14-17 tahun, memuat pola dan laihan menyerang, serta instrumen tes kinerja taktis pola menyerang, perencanaan selanjutnya menentukan ahli yang dilibatkan dalam validasi desain, menentukan lokasi dan waktu uji coba pemakaian dan uji efektifitas model. (3) Pengembangan; rancangan awal model latihan diperkenalkan kehadapan ahli untuk uji ahli (validasi desain), uji ahli melibatkan 7 orang ahli dengan 2 kepakaran, revisi produk berdasarkan saran dan perbaikan ahli. (4) Uji coba awal; model latihan yang dinyatakan valid oleh ahli kemudian di uji cobakan pada uji kelompok kecil melibatkan 20 pemain dari 1 Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB). (5) Revisi berdasarkan hasil uji kelompok kecil. (6) Uji coba utama; uji kelompok besar melibatkan 100 pemain dari 5 SSB. (7) Revisi berdasarkan hasil uji kelompok besar. (8) Uji efektifitas model; setelah model latihan dinyatakan layak melalui uji kelompok kecil dan besar, kemudian di uji efektifitasnya menggunakan penelitian pre-eksperimen berbentuk “pretest-posttest with control group”, hasil analisis data menggunakan Uji N-Gain Score bahwa rata-rata NGain (%) kelompok eksperimen sebesar 58,2672 (58%) “Cukup Efektif”. Adapun N-Gain (%) kelompk kontrol sebesar 22,1954 (22%) “Tidak Efektif”. (9) Revisi akhir berdasarkan hasil uji efektifitas. (10) Hasil penelitian dan pegembangan model ini telah didesiminasikan pada seminar internasional, jurnal internasional terindeks scopus, dan memperoleh Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI). Kesimpulan: model latihan pola menyerang untuk pemain sepakbola usia 14-17 tahun telah dinyatakan valid, layak, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja taktis pola menyerang sepakbola pemain usia 14-17 tahun. Kata Kunci: Model Latihan, Pola Menyerang, Sepakbola. ********* TRAINING MODEL FOR ATTACKING PATTERNS IN FOOTBALL FOR PLAYERS AGED 14-17 YEARS FIRMANSYAH DAHLAN ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are: (1) To analyze a training model for attacking patterns in football for players aged 14-17 years. (2) To assess the feasibility of the training model for attacking patterns in football for players aged 14-17 years. (3) To evaluate the effectiveness of the training model for attacking patterns in football for players aged 14-17 years. The research method used is research and development (R&D), adopting the Borg & Gall development model, which consists of ten stages. The research findings are as follows: (1) Problem analysis; a literature review revealed that football training in Indonesia, particularly in tactical training, has not been optimized, and there is a significant lack of references related to football tactics, strategies, and game patterns. Field studies found that the tactical performance of attacking patterns in football players aged 14-17 years is very low. (2) Planning; the initial design of the training model for attacking patterns for players aged 14-17 years includes attacking patterns and training modules, as well as instruments to test the tactical performance of attacking patterns. Further planning involved determining the experts involved in design validation, as well as selecting the location and timing for the trials and effectiveness tests of the model. (3) Development; the initial model design was introduced to experts for expert testing (design validation). This testing involved seven experts with two areas of expertise. The product was revised based on the experts' suggestions and improvements. (4) Initial trials; the training model, validated by the experts, was then tested in a small group trial involving 20 players from one Football School (SSB). (5) Revisions were made based on the results of the small group trial. (6) Main trials; a larger group trial involved 100 players from five SSBs. (7) Revisions were made based on the results of the large group trial. (8) Effectiveness testing; after the training model was deemed feasible through small and large group trials, its effectiveness was tested using a preexperimental design in the form of a "pretest-posttest with control group." Data analysis using the N-Gain Score Test showed that the average N-Gain (%) for the experimental group was 58.2672 (58%), indicating it was "Moderately Effective." Meanwhile, the N-Gain (%) for the control group was 22.1954 (22%), indicating it was "Ineffective." (9) Final revisions were made based on the results of the effectiveness test. (10) The results of this research and model development have been disseminated at an international seminar, published in an international journal indexed by Scopus, and have obtained Intellectual Property Rights (HKI). Conclusion: The training model for attacking patterns in football for players aged 14-17 years has been validated, deemed feasible, and proven effective in enhancing the tactical performance of attacking patterns in football players aged 14-17 years.
