Abstract
ABSTRAK Rendahnya keterampilan dasar mengajar yang dikuasai oleh guru sekolah dasar, menyebabkan kurang optimalnya keberhasilan suatu pembelajaran. Untuk itu perlu adanya suatu upaya untuk guru sekolah dasar dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogiknya terutama dalam aspek keterampilan dasar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) Mengetahui rancangan pengembangan model pelatihan berbasis blended learning sebagai upaya meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik pada aspek keterampilan dasar mengajar guru sekolah dasar. (2) Mengetahui kelayakan model pelatihan kompetensi pedagogik pada aspek keterampilan dasar mengajar berbasis blended learning menurut pakar ahli. (3) Mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model pelatihan berbasis blended learning sebagai upaya meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik pada aspek keterampilan dasar mengajar guru sekolah dasar. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan yang mengadaptasi desain pembelajaran Dick and Carey. Uji kelayakan dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan ahli desain model. Validasi empiris dilakukan dengan tahapan yaitu uji coba one to one try out, uji coba small grup dan uji coba lapangan. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa kelayakan pengembangan model pelatihan berada dalam kriteria sangat baik. Uji efektivitas dilakukan melalui uji efektivitas praktis dan empiris. Uji efektivitas secara praktis maksudnya menguji model pelatihan berbasis blended learning yang dikembangkan dengan membandingkan hasil pretest dan posttest. Pretest dan posttest disini berupa data awal pada lembar pengamatan dan data akhir lembar pengamatan setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pretest dan posttest menunjukan bahwa uji efektivitas mengalami kenaikan, Berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi perhitungan N-Gain Score maka didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pengembangan model pelatihan pedagogik guru sekolah dasar berbasis blended learning mendapatkan skor N-Gain 0,6 dengan kategori sedang dan memiliki skor 64% dengan tafsiran cukup efektif digunakan untuk guru sekolah dasar, terutama untuk guru yang memiliki masa kerja di bawah 5 (lima tahun) dan belum mendapatkan kesempatan mengikuti pelatihan dari pemerintah seperti PPG, maupun guru penggerak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model pelatihan pedagogik guru sekolah dasar berbasis blended learning mengarah pada rekomendasi alternatif sebagai upaya meningkatkan keterampilan dasar guru sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: Blended learning, kompetensi pedagogik, keterampilan dasar mengajar , sekolah dasar ABSTRACT The low level of basic teaching skills mastered by elementary school teachers causes less than optimal success in learning. For this reason, elementary school teachers need to make an effort to improve their pedagogical competence, especially in basic teaching skills. The research objectives are (1) To find out the design for developing a blended learning-based training model as an effort to increase pedagogical competence in aspects of basic teaching skills for elementary school teachers. (2) Knowing the feasibility of the pedagogical competency training model in aspects of basic teaching skills based on blended learning according to experts. (3) Knowing the effectiveness of implementing a blended learning-based training model as an effort to increase pedagogical competence in aspects of basic teaching skills for elementary school teachers. This research method is research and development that adapts the Dick and Carey learning design. Feasibility testing is carried out by material experts, language experts, and model design experts. Empirical validation was carried out in stages, namely one-try-out trials, small group trials, and field trials. The results show that the feasibility of developing a training model is within the very good criteria. Effectiveness testing is carried out through practical and empirical effectiveness tests. Practical effectiveness testing means testing the blended learning-based training model that was developed by comparing the pretest and posttest results. The pretest and posttest here are in the form of initial data on the observation sheet and final data on the observation sheet after participating in the training. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest calculations, it shows that the effectiveness test has increased. Based on the recapitulation results of the N-Gain Score calculation, it is concluded that the development of a blended learning-based pedagogical training model for primary school teachers gets an N-Gain score of 0.6 in the medium category and has a score of 64 % with the interpretation that it is quite effective for elementary school teachers, especially for teachers who have worked for less than 5 (five years) and have not had the opportunity to take part in training from the government such as PPG, or mobilizing teachers. So it can be concluded that the development of a blended learning-based elementary school teacher pedagogical training model leads to alternative recommendations as an effort to improve the basic skills of elementary school teachers.
