Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan katalog online berbasis website pada Gallery Zayn Wedding sebagai sarana peningkatan brand awareness. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh kebutuhan Gallery Zayn Wedding untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merek di tengah persaingan industri galeri pengantin yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall, yang mencakup tahap perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Website katalog yang dikembangkan memuat informasi lengkap tentang produk dan layanan Gallery Zayn Wedding dan dirancang untuk memudahkan penyampaian informasi kepada pelanggan. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode fungsionalitas yaitu blackbox testing dan pengujian usability menggunakan system usability scale (SUS). Hasil rata-rata skor SUS untuk website Katalog Gallery Zayn Wedding adalah 80, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa website ini mudah digunakan dan memenuhi fungsi yang diinginkan serta mempermudah akses informasi bagi pelanggan. Maka dari itu, website ini bisa di katakan “layak” untuk dijadikan media promosi pada Gallery Zayn Wedding. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan website serupa di industri galeri pengantin lainnya. ****** This research aims to develop an online catalog based on a website for Zayn Wedding Gallery as a means to enhance brand awareness. The background of this research is rooted in the need for Zayn Wedding Gallery to increase brand recognition amid the increasingly competitive landscape of the wedding gallery industry. This study employs the Waterfall system development method, which includes the stages of planning, requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The developed catalog website contains comprehensive information about the products and services of Zayn Wedding Gallery and is designed to facilitate the delivery of information to customers. Testing was conducted using functionality testing methods, specifically black-box testing, and usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The average SUS score for the Zayn Wedding Gallery catalog website is 80, indicating that this website is user-friendly and meets the desired functions, making it easier for customers to access information. Therefore, this website can be considered "suitable" for use as a promotional medium for Zayn Wedding Gallery. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the development of similar websites in other wedding gallery industries
