Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti Innovative Work Behaviour melalui riset untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis serta membuktikan pengaruh Proactive Personality, Creativity Self Efficacy , Intrinsic Motivation terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour pada karyawan Perusahaan Asuransi Jiwa baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui Mediasi Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan Teknik pengambilan sampel secara Proposional random sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 175 sampel dari 265 populasi karyawan asuransi jiwa PT. StarInvestama dan PT. Asuransi Jiwa Takaful. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Teknik survey menggunakan kuesioner yang disusun dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan Partial least Square (PLS). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh (1) Creativity Self Efficacy terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour, (2) Intrinsic Motivation terhadap Innovative work behaviour (3) Proactive Personality terhadap Job Satisfaction (4) Intrinsic Motivation terhadap Job Satisfaction (5) Job Satisfaction terhadap Innovative work behaviour (6) Intrinsic Motivation terhadap Innovative work behaviour dimediasi Job Satisfaction , tidak terdapat pengaruh (7) Proactive Personality terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour (8) Creativity Self Efficacy terhadap Job Satisfaction (9) Proactive Personality terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour dimediasi Job Satisfaction (10) Creativity Self Efficacy terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour dimediasi Job Satisfaction Kata kunci : Proactive Personality, Creativity Self Efficacy, Intrinsic Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Innovative Work Behaviour, karyawan Abstract This study was conducted to examine Innovative Work Behavior through research to determine, test and analyze and prove the influence of Proactive Personality, Creativity Self Efficacy, Intrinsic Motivation on Innovative Work Behavior in Life Insurance Company employees both directly and indirectly through Job Satisfaction Mediation. This study was analyzed using quantitative methods and Proportional random sampling techniques. The sample in this study was 175 samples from 265 populations of life insurance employees of PT. StarInvestama and PT. Asuransi Jiwa Takaful. Data collection was carried out using survey techniques using questionnaires compiled using the Likert Scale. The data obtained were then analyzed using Partial least Square (PLS). The findings of this study indicate that there is an influence of (1) Creativity Self Efficacy on Innovative Work Behavior, (2) Intrinsic Motivation on Innovative work behavior (3) Proactive Personality on Job Satisfaction (4) Intrinsic Motivation on Job Satisfaction (5) Job Satisfaction on Innovative work behavior (6) Intrinsic Motivation on Innovative work behavior mediated by Job Satisfaction, there is no influence of (7) Proactive Personality on Innovative Work Behavior (8) Creativity Self Efficacy on Job Satisfaction (9) Proactive Personality on Innovative Work Behavior mediated by Job Satisfaction (10) Creativity Self Efficacy on Innovative Work Behavior mediated by Job Satisfaction Keywords: Proactive Personality, Creativity Self Efficacy, Intrinsic Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Innovative Work Behavior, employees
