Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis withdrawal behavior Aparatur Sipil Negara: Studi pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kuningan. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran tersebut, dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan google form kepada sampel penelitian sebanyak 343 ASN di kabupaten Kuningan. Desain metode penelitian ini dijelaskan secara kuantitatif, data dianalisi menggunakan permodelan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang meliputi pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, pengujian goodness of fit, serta pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan software Lisrel 8.80. Temuan penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Leader-member exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational culture di ASN Kabupaten Kuningan. (2) Leader-member exchange berpengaruh negatif dan terhadap withdrawal behavior di ASN Kabupaten Kuningan. (3) Leader-member exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment di ASN Kabupaten Kuningan. (4) Work-family conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap withdrawal behavior di ASN Kabupaten Kuningan. (5) Work- family conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment di ASN Kabupaten Kuningan. (6) Organizational culture berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap withdrawal behavior di ASN Kabupaten Kuningan. (7) Organizational commitment berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap withdrawal behavior di ASN Kabupaten Kuningan. (8) Leader-member exchange berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap withdrawal behavior melalui organizational culture di ASN Kabupaten Kuningan. (9) Leader-member exchange berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap withdrawal behavior melalui organizational commitment di ASN Kabupaten Kuningan. (10) Work-family conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap withdrawal behavior melalui organizational commitment di ASN Kabupaten Kuningan. Kata Kunci: Withdrawal Behavior, Leader-Member Exchange (LMX), Work Family Conflict (WFC), Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment ************** ABSTRACK This study aims to analyze the withdrawal behavior of State Civil Apparatus: A Study of the Kuningan Regency Government. To obtain this picture, a questionnaire was distributed using a Google form to a research sample of 343 ASN in Kuningan Regency. The design of this research method is explained quantitatively, the data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) modeling which includes validity and reliability testing, goodness of fit testing, and hypothesis testing using Lisrel 8.80 software. The research findings are as follows: (1) Leader-member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture in ASN Kuningan Regency. (2) Leader-member exchange has a negative effect on withdrawal behavior in ASN Kuningan Regency. (3) Leader-member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in ASN Kuningan Regency. (4) Work-family conflict has a positive and significant effect on withdrawal behavior in ASN Kuningan Regency. (5) Work-family conflict has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment in ASN Kuningan Regency. (6) Organizational culture has a negative but not significant effect on withdrawal behavior in ASN Kuningan Regency. (7) Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on withdrawal behavior in ASN Kuningan Regency. (8) Leader-member exchange has a negative but not significant effect on withdrawal behavior through organizational culture in ASN Kuningan Regency. (9) Leader-member exchange has a negative and significant effect on withdrawal behavior through organizational commitment in ASN Kuningan Regency. (10) Work-family conflict has a positive and significant effect on withdrawal behavior through organizational commitment in ASN Kuningan Regency.
