Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa keselarasan hasil implementasi model pembelajaran Teaching Factory (TeFa) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian evaluatif, menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP dengan empat tahap, yaitu context, input, process, dan produk atau hasil. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: implementasi model pembelajaran Teaching Factory (TeFa) di SMKN 1 Cikarang Barat telah mencapai Level 6 yang menunjukkan keselarasan yang baik dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa, sebagaimana dianalisis melalui evaluasi model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk menilai efektivitas dan relevansinya terhadap kebutuhan industri namun beberapa aspek seperti 1. Aspek Input (Struktur organisasi Teaching Factory (TeFa)) perlu dilakukan perbaikan dalam dokumentasi struktur organisasi dan jobdesk untuk meningkatkan kinerja tim dalam menjalankan program Teaching Factory (TeFa) secara optimal. 2. Aspek Process (Tata kelola penggunaan alat, Manajemen Maintenance Repair and Calibrasion (MRC), Layout bengkel dan penerapan K3) perlu dilakukan perbaikan dalam manajemen fasilitas, K3, dan layout bengkel yang menjadi prioritas agar proses pembelajaran di Teaching Factory (TeFa) dapat berjalan efektif dan aman. Aspek tersebut masih perlu ditingkatkan agar program ini dapat berkembang lebih optimal dan memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dalam mencetak sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja. ***** This study aims to analyze the alignment of the results of the implementation of the Teaching Factory (TeFa) learning model in improving student competence. The research method used is evaluative research, using the CIPP evaluation model with four stages, namely context, input, process, and product or result. The data collection process is carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study are known that: the implementation of the Teaching Factory (TeFa) learning model at SMKN 1 Cikarang Barat has reached Level 6 which shows good alignment in improving student competence, as analyzed through the evaluation of the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model to assess its effectiveness and relevance to industry needs but several aspects such as: 1. Input Aspect (Teaching Factory (TeFa) organizational structure) needs to be improved in the documentation of the organizational structure and jobdesk to improve the team's performance in running the Teaching Factory (TeFa) program optimally. 2. Process aspects (Governance of the use of tools, Maintenance Repair and Calibration (MRC) Management, Workshop layout and implementation of K3) need to be improved in facility management, K3, and workshop layout which are priorities so that the learning process at the Teaching Factory (TeFa) can run effectively and safely. This aspect still needs to be improved so that this program can develop more optimally and make a greater contribution in producing competent human resources who are ready to face the challenges of the world of work.
