Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model gerak dasar manipulatif berbasis permainan bola kecil bagi anak usia 7–8 tahun. Model ini dirancang agar anak-anak dapat meningkatkan keterampilan gerak manipulatif mereka, seperti melempar, menangkap, dan memukul bola, dengan cara yang menyenangkan dan sesuai dengan perkembangan motorik mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Penelitian ini menghasilkan 15 model permainan bola kecil yang telah divalidasi oleh para ahli dan dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Model permainan ini dibuat dengan mempertimbangkan aspek keamanan, kemudahan penggunaan, serta kesesuaian dengan karakteristik anak usia 7–8 tahun. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa model permainan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar manipulatif anak. Selain itu, permainan ini juga mendorong anak untuk lebih aktif secara fisik serta mengembangkan keterampilan sosial, seperti kerja sama dan sportivitas. Dengan demikian, model ini dapat menjadi alternatif yang bermanfaat bagi sekolah dasar maupun dalam kegiatan bermain anak sehari-hari. This study aims to develop a manipulative fundamental movement model based on small ball games for children aged 7–8 years. The model is designed to help children enhance their manipulative movement skills, such as throwing, catching, and striking a ball, in an engaging and developmentally appropriate manner. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This study resulted in 15 small ball game models that have been validated by experts and deemed suitable for learning purposes. The game models were developed with careful consideration of safety, ease of use, and suitability for children aged 7–8 years. The trial results indicate that these game models are effective in improving children's manipulative fundamental movement skills. Additionally, they encourage children to be more physically active while fostering social skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship. Thus, this model can serve as a valuable alternative for elementary school learning and children's recreational activities. Keywords: Game model, manipulative movements, children aged 7–8 years
