Abstract

Terdapat beberapa problematika karir yang dialami peserta didik yang sering ditemui dan membutuhkan solusi tepat yaitu layanan konseling karir berupa konsultasi karir. Dalam layanan konseling karir yang berjalan optimal diperlukan efikasi diri guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Efikasi diri atau yang disebut keyakinan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling akan kemampuan dirinya untuk melakukan konseling karir berupa konsultasi karir secara efektif sangat penting dimiliki oleh guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran efikasi diri dalam konsultasi karir yang dimiliki oleh guru Bimbingan dan Konseling SMA di Jakarta Selatan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan skala efikasi diri dalam konseling karir berupa konsultasi karir yang diadaptasi sebagai alat ukur dan terdiri dari 25 item dengan reliabilitas 0,92. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Bimbingan dan Konseling SMA di Jakarta Selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 67 sampel yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling insidental. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dalam konsultasi karir pada guru Bimbingan dan Konseling SMA di Jakarta Selatan berada pada kategori sedang dengan presentase 66%. ***** There are several career problems experienced by students that are often encountered and require the right solution, namely career counseling services in the form of career consultation. In career counseling services that run optimally, self-efficacy of Guidance and Counseling teachers is needed. Self-efficacy or what is called the belief of Guidance and Counseling teachers in their ability to conduct career counseling in the form of career consultation effectively is very important for Guidance and Counseling teachers. This study aims to determine the description of self-efficacy in career consultation owned by high school Guidance and Counseling teachers in South Jakarta. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative which uses a self-efficacy scale in career counseling in the form of career consultation which is adapted as a measuring tool and consists of 25 items with a reliability of 0.92. The population in this study were high school guidance and counseling teachers in South Jakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 67 samples determined by incidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy in career consultation in high school guidance and counseling teachers in South Jakarta is in the moderate category with a percentage of 66%.
