Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, minat belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa Manajemen Perkantoran SMKN 8 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 180 orang dari siswa kelas XI dan XII Manajemen Perkantoran SMKN 8 Jakarta. Teknik penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini berdasarkan tabel Issac dan Michael dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% adalah 123 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan SEM PLS dengan software SmartPLS versi 4.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari analisis model pengukuran, analisis model struktural, dan pengujian hipotesis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Mendapatkan hasil bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, minat belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, minat belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar, dan minat belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar pada siswa Manajemen Perkantoran SMKN 8 Jakarta. Kata Kunci: efikasi diri, minat belajar, motivasi belajar, kemampuan berpikir kritis. ****** This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, interest in learning, and learning motivation on the critical thinking skills of Office Management students of SMKN 8 Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were 180 people from class XI and XII Office Management students of SMKN 8 Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study based on the Issac and Michael table with an error rate of 5% was 123 people. The data analysis technique used is using SEM PLS with SmartPLS software version 4.0. The data analysis technique used consists of measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct and indirect effect hypothesis testing. Getting the results that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, learning interest has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on critical thinking ability, learning interest has a positive and significant effect on critical thinking ability, learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on critical thinking ability, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on students' critical thinking ability mediated by learning motivation, and learning interest has a positive and significant effect on students' critical thinking ability mediated by learning motivation in Office Management students of SMKN 8 Jakarta.
