Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama terhadap peninngkatan perilaku prososial peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Cibitung. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 10 peserta didik yang memiliki skor prososial dalam kategori sedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pre-experimental design dengan one group pre-test - post-test, pengumpulan data dengan melalui instrumen penelitian perilaku prososial yang dikembangkan aspek-aspek perilaku prososial dari teori Mussen & Eisenberg (1989) yang telah peneliti adopsi dari penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan perilaku prososial peserta didik dengan hasil uji t, diperoleh nilai sig = 0.000, yang berarti < 0.05. Maka dari itu, H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh diketahui terdapat perbedaan pada skor pretest dan posttest perilaku prososial peserta didik sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan yaitu Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Sosiodrama. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling diharapkan mampu menerapakan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama untuk membahas permasalahan sosial. ***** This study aims to test whether there is an effect of group guidance services with sociodrama techniques on increasing the prosocial behaviour of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Cibitung. The samples of this study were 10 students who had prosocial scores in the moderate category. This research used pre-experimental design with one group pre-test - post-test, data collection through prosocial behaviour research instruments developed aspects of prosocial behaviour from the theory of Mussen & Eisenberg (1989) which researchers have adopted from previous research. The results showed that there was a significant effect on increasing students' prosocial behaviour with the results of the t test, obtained a sig value = 0.000, which means <0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. According to the results obtained, it is known that there are differences in the pretest and posttest scores of students' prosocial behaviour before and after being given treatment, namely Group Guidance with Sociodrama Techniques. Guidance and Counseling teachers are expected to be able to apply group guidance services with sociodrama techniques to discuss social problems.
