Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh antara memorable tourist experience terhadap electronic word of mouth, travel motivation, dan perceived value. Serta untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan antara electronic word of mouth, travel motivation, dan perceived value terhadap revisit intention di destinasi wisata Dusun Bambu Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggumpulkan data melalui kuesioner. Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 250 responden yang telah mengalami kunjungan sebelumnya ke destinasi wisata Dusun Bambu. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa memorable tourist experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap electronic word of mouth, travel motivation, dan perceived value. Kemudian penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa electronic word of mouth, travel motivation, dan perceived value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana pengalaman wisata yang berkesan dapat memotivasi pengunjung untuk berbagi informasi positif secara daring, meningkatkan motivasi perjalanan, merasakan nilai yang lebih baik terhadap destinasi wisata, dan akhirnya meningkatkan niat mereka untuk kembali ke Dusun Bambu. ***** The goal of this study was to determine whether memorable tourist experience influence electronic word of mouth, travel motivation, and perceived value. furthermore to determine whether there is a link between electronic word of mouth, travel motivation, and perceived value on revisit intention in the Dusun Bambu Bandung tourism site. The research approach used was quantitative, with data collected using questionnaires. The research sample used a purposive sampling method of 250 respondents who had previously visited the Dusun Bambu tourism site. To investigate the link between existing variables, data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings revealed that memorable tourist experience had a positive and significant impact on electronic word of mouth, travel motivation, and perceived value. The study also found that electronic word of mouth, travel motivation, and perceived value had a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. The study is expected to shed insight into how unique tourist experiences can encourage tourists to share positive information online, enhance travel motivation, perceive greater value in tourist places, and ultimately, increase their intention to return to Dusun Bambu.
