Abstract
Salah satu aset strategis perusahaan yang berperan penting untuk mencapai tujuan dan keberlanjutan perusahaan adalah SDM. Kinerja karyawan menjadi elemen krusial untuk menjaga keunggulan kompetitif di tengah persaingan industri yang semakin ketat. Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan diukur melalui kinerja karyawan seperti kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas, kemandirian, dan komitmen yang dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi seperti pengetahuan, keahlian, dan sikap, selain itu juga dipengaruhi oleh komitmen organisasi seperti komitmen afektif, komitmen berkelanjutan, dan komitmen normatif, adapun OCB juga berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang diukur melalui altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy, dan civic virtue. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui OCB sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Sucofindo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dimana pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 142 karyawan PT. Sucofindo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap OCB, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap OCB, OCB tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui OCB sebagai variabel intervening, komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui OCB sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil ini memberikan bukti nyata bahwa kompetensi, komitmen organisasi, dan OCB berperan dalam konteks produktivitas kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan strategi manajemen SDM di PT. Sucofindo. ***** One of the company's strategic assets that plays an important role in achieving the company's goals and sustainability is human resources. Employee performance is a crucial element in maintaining competitive advantage amidst increasingly tight industrial competition. The success of a company is measured through employee performance such as quality, quantity, punctuality, effectiveness, independence, and commitment which are influenced by competencies such as knowledge, expertise, and attitude, in addition to being influenced by organizational commitment such as affective commitment, ongoing commitment, and normative commitment, while OCB also plays a role as an intervening variable that influences employee performance which is measured through altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy, and civic virtue. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and organizational commitment on employee performance through OCB as an intervening variable at PT. Sucofindo. The method used in this study is quantitative research where data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 142 employees of PT. Sucofindo. The results of the study indicate that competence does not affect employee performance, organizational commitment does not affect employee performance, competence affects OCB, organizational commitment affects OCB, OCB does not affect employee performance, competence does not affect employee performance through OCB as an intervening variable, organizational commitment does not affect employee performance through OCB as an intervening variable. These results provide real evidence that competence, organizational commitment, and OCB play a role in the context of employee performance productivity. This can be the basis for developing HR management strategies at PT. Sucofindo.
