Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, menguji validitas, dan efektivitas LKPD berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi peserta didik sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE, yang dilakukan di SDN Cigoong 3 Kota Serang. Pengumpulan data menggunaan lembar observasi dokumen, wawancara, kuesioner analisis kebutuhan, kuesioner uji validitas produk, kuesioner respon peserta didik, serta test kemampuan menulis puisi peserta didik. Temuan penelitian yaitu: (1) Keterampilan menulis puisi peserta didik mengalami permasalahan, yang disebabkan oleh LKPD yang digunakan tidak memenuhi unsur-unsur yang seharusnya ada dalam LKPD, sehingga dibutuhkan pengembangan LKPD untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi peserta didik; (2) Hasil uji validitas produk oleh ahli memperoleh presentase rata-rata sebesar 90% sehingga mendapatkan kategori “Sangat Layak”; (3) Hasil uji coba produk kepada peserta didik memperoleh presentase 93% (one to one), 90% (small group test), 96% (large group test), dengan presentase rata-rata sebesar 93% dan mendapatkan kategori “Sangat Layak”, begitu juga dengan hasil uji coba produk terhadap guru memperoleh presentase rata-rata sebesar 90%, sehingga mendapatkan kategori “Sangat Layak”; (4) Hasil uji efektivitas produk memperoleh skor n-gain sebesar 0,7 dan mendapatan kategori “sedang”. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi peserta didik kelas 5 sekolah dasar. ***** This study aims to develop and test the validity and effectiveness of Contextual Teaching and Learning-based Learner Worksheets to improve the poetry writing skills of elementary school students. This research is Development research (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model, conducted at SDN Cigoong 3 Serang City. Data collection used document observation sheets, interviews, needs analysis questionnaires, product validity test questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and students' poetry writing skills tests. The research findings are: (1) There is a problem with Students‘ poetry writing skills, which the Learner Worksheets cause used not fulfilling the elements that should be in the Learner Worksheets, so the development of Learner Worksheets is needed to improve students’ poetry writing skills; (2) The results of the product validity test by experts obtained an average percentage of 90% to get the ‘Very Feasible’ category; (3) The results of product trials to students obtained a percentage of 93% (one to one), 90% (small group test), 96% (large group test), with an average percentage of 93% and got the category ‘Very Feasible’, as well as the results of product trials on teachers obtained an average percentage of 90%, thus getting the category ‘Very Feasible’; (4) The results of the product effectiveness test obtained an n-gain score of 0.7 and got the category ‘medium’. So, it can be concluded that the Contextual Teaching and Learning-based Learner Worksheet effectively improves the poetry writing skills of grade 5 elementary school students.
