Abstract
Dalam persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, terutama di sektor industri golf, kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor utama dalam mendukung tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Inti dari kajian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan efektivitas pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Padang Golf Cikarang. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui metode random sampling terhadap 169 karyawan yang merupakan staf operasional golf. Data dikumpulkan melalui intrumen berupa kuesioner, kemudian pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan SOP memberikan impact positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Di sisi lain, efektivitas pelatihan kerja tidak memperlihatkan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kineja karyawan. Namun, secara simultan, penerapan SOP dan efektivitas pelatihan kerja memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan SOP yang tersusun secara sistematis mempunyai kontribusi yang signifikan dalam mendorong peningkatan produktivitas para karyawan. Sementara itu, pelatihan kerja yang kurang relevan dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan menyebabkan dampaknya terhadap kinerja masih terbatas.*****In an increasingly competitive business environment, particularly in the golf industry, employee performance becomes a crucial factor in achieving corporate objectives. This study aims to evaluate the impact of implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the effectiveness of training on employee performance at PT Padang Golf Cikarang. The research data was obtained through random sampling of 169 employees, all of whom are operational golf staff. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire instrument, and the approach applied was multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that the implementation of SOPs has a significant positive effect on employee performance. On the other hand, the effectiveness of job training does not show a significant impact on employee performance. However, simultaneously, the implementation of SOPs and the effectiveness of job training have a significant positive impact on employee performance. These findings suggest that systematically developed SOPs significantly contribute to improving employee productivity. Meanwhile, job training that is less relevant to job requirements results in a limited impact on performance.
